- Overall responsible in meeting KPIs for campaigns assigned
- Strategize and create multi-channel marketing plans to deliver lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and email/Whatsapp marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc
- Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work across all channels - CRM, UGC, Partnership & Customer Service
- Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns
- Ensure accurate source attribution and performance measurement
- Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, etc.) and report insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment
- Interact directly with clients for day-to-day operations, building positive relationships with them to facilitate renewal or other business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Sales team in ensuring optimal client management
- Responsible for liaising with finance for timely billing of clients

- Plan and execute full-funnel strategies to drive traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, targeting, bidding, and creative iteration
- Responsible for creative copy writing to drive high conversions at targeted CPL
- Own and lead the SEO strategy, covering technical, on-page, and content-driven optimization for industry assigned
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to support scalable content planning & ensure all digital content aligns with SEO best practices to boost long-term search visibility
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush) to monitor performance and generate insights
- Beyond website, drive the ideation and development of compelling content for social media, email, paid media, and integrated campaigns for the industry assigned
- Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and alignment with messaging and tone of voice
- Minimum 4 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
- Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes
- Prior experience with beauty treatment industry and/or mom&baby FMCG is a big plus
- Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
- Proven track record in driving BoFu conversions and achieving ambitious revenue targets
- Proficient with Meta and Tiktok, other platforms are a plus
- Agile when solving a range of implementation or operational issues
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues and stakeholders
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Proficient in written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Set strategies, launch, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok. Coordinate end-to-end implementation, including GA4 configuration, UTM tagging, and cross-platform tracking.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, drawing actionable insights to guide budget allocation and creative adjustments.
CRM & User Journeys:
- Develop and manage CRM strategies (email marketing, drip sequences, push notifications) to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Map out user journeys and optimize lifecycle communications based on segmentation and data behaviour.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with creative, branding, content, and technology teams to ensure messaging consistency and seamless user experiences. Liaise with brand PICs to explore new advertising channels, test innovative ad formats (e.g., Reels, carousels, short-form video), and support A/B testing.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging ad platforms, and algorithm changes. Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline campaign workflows and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management.
- Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Supermetrics for data analysis and visualisation.
Advertising Platforms:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager), and TikTok Ads Manager. Familiarity with basic SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar).
CRM Tools:
- Practical experience using one or more CRM/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work cross-functionally and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Basic knowledge of project management tools such as slack, Jira, and etc.
- Working familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) or basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie).

Job Description
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance online presence.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
- Execution & Optimisation
- Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and run SEM campaigns to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to ensure optimal ROI.
- Create, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation and high engagement rates.
- Develop, optimise, and distribute content across blogs, social media, and landing pages to engage and convert target audiences.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Utilise tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and emails to optimise performance and improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, developers, and other marketing team members to execute campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and proactively suggest new tactics and tools to improve campaigns and overall strategy.
