Job Mission:

The Social Media & DigitalSpecialist will be responsible for developing social media and SEM strategy to achieve corporate marketing goals.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the internal marketing planning team and external agencies to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
  • Monitor the company's social media accounts which include managing social media presence, plan social media calendar and execute daily posts to offer constructive content and interaction with users.
  • Craft content strategy (creative, community management, paid, organic) for daily content output, product launch campaigns and other brand initiatives with a constant drive for improvement.
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer monthly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
  • Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objective.
  • Develop the digital strategy and implement best-in-class practices across paid and owned media including but not limit to paid advertising, SEM, display ad and EDM.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to translate market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories.
  • Ability to present ideas to pitch ideas/strategies and drive alignment.
  • Enthusiastic about sports and familiar with Garmin products are preferred.
  • Relevant experience in both social media and digital advertising are preferred
  • Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Understand the goals for the social media and Community program as defined by the VP of Marketing and translate those into specific KPI goals for each channel.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to align social media strategies with broader business objectives
  • Execute content and creative for each channel with support from other team members in Marketing and Internal Comms.
  • Maintain the operation and hygiene of all Marketing social channels and community platforms, including LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Maintain a calendar across all channels and execute against it with AI-driven tools for relevance and optimal timing.
  • Develop comprehensive performance reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to refine future campaigns and communities using AI powered analytics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
  • Continuously monitor emerging social media trends and platform features, integrating them into the social media strategy for maximum engagement.
  • Actively plan, build, and execute comprehensive community management and creative content strategies tailored to each platform, fostering meaningful engagement and maximizing audience outreach.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that nurture brand advocates, encourage user-generated content, and strengthen community relationships.
  • Monitor community sentiment and feedback, leveraging insights to refine engagement strategies and enhance the overall community experience.
  • Support unplanned announcements or ad-hoc posting requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years in social media and community management, with demonstrated success growing and engaging communities across platforms like LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.

Our client is looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to lead content creation and digital engagement across platforms. This is a fully remote position with exciting opportunities to shape thought leadership campaigns through short-form video content and brand-aligned storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling and brand-aligned scripts for video reels, interviews, and storytelling content
  • Plan, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
  • Collaborate with the video team to align messaging, visuals, and execution
  • Monitor performance analytics and engagement data to optimise social media strategy
  • Develop content ideas and campaigns that support clients' personal branding and business goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for content approvals and timely publishing
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content strategies
  • Actively manage and respond to DMs and comments to build genuine community engagement

Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience in social media or digital content management
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for short-form video
  • Familiar with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Meta Business Suite, Metricool)
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Final Cut Pro
  • Passionate about personal branding, entrepreneurship, and digital storytelling
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently
  • A portfolio of past work or examples of social media accounts managed is preferred
