Summary Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects, involving multiple domains. Participate in project planning and scheduling.
  • Take responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project (people, financials etc.).
  • Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications and may act as primary customer contact.
  • Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions. Develop deployment strategies and plans.
  • Lead the deployment of strategic complex programs and coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
  • May manage relationships with key vendors/partners.

Financial Acumen / Business Planning

Ability to create financial plans for your projects, align them internally with your line of management and other functions and externally if needed. Create project plans, profitability calculations, risk and sensitivity analysis, able to recognize barriers and mitigate profitability risks. Fully knowledgeable about internal and external financial reporting, accounting and tax requirements relevant to your area of expertise.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT application development environment, with 6-8 years in supervisory experience on the supported IT domain (Application solutioning on design and development).
  • Sound experience in execution of IT projects with high level of expertise in system application and technology implementation delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with middle management team, internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Domain proficiency in insurance business and its operations including distribution channels modus operandi is essential.

Technical skills required:

  • Extensive AEM architecture and technology. Experience in Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.
  • Experience integrating AEM with other Adobe products, such as Analytics, Target, Campaign.
  • Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.
  • Experience with data migration in AEM.
  • Experience with communicating to different internal servers, databases from AEM, using both front end (ajax, cookies) and back-end technologies (servlet, osgi service, Sling).
  • Strong knowledge on front end technologies: HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE background and working knowledge of Spring, Hibernate frameworks.

Currently, we are looking for MLOps/Data Science Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and develop solutions, contribute to roadmaps of Big Data architectures and provide mentorship and feedback to more junior team members. We are looking for someone to help us manage the petabytes of data we have and turn them into value.

What will you need?

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the Data Science Engineer role
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with structured, semi structured and unstructured datasets
  • Statistics / Mathematics: Data Quality Analysis, Data identification, Hypothesis testing, Univariate / Multivariate Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Classification/PCA, Factor Analysis, Linear Modeling, Time Series, distribution / probability theory.
  • Python, R
  • Awareness of Apache Spark, Hadoop
  • Awareness of Agile / Scrum ways of working
  • Identify the right modeling approach(es) for given scenario and articulate why the approach fits
  • Assess data availability and modeling feasibility
  • Review interpretation of models results
  • Experience in Logistic industry domain would be added advantage

About The Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for system implementation (design, coding, unit testing, solve, deployment, documentation) activities for internal policy administration system, including support for production defects/issues, projects and system improvements.
  • Work with business users/product managers in soliciting and understanding user requirements; and translating requirements to system solutions.
  • Ensure system delivery complies and conforms to standard operating processes defined (ie. system development life cycle, architecture/risk/security compliance, change management, etc.)
  • Ensure system delivery meets user/system requirements, timeline and of good quality.
  • Experience/Knowledge in COBOL programming is an added advantage.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration API Specialist to join our dynamic TECH team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing API-based integrations that streamline business processes, enhance system interoperability, and ensure seamless data exchange across platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in API development and management, along with a strong understanding of integration best practices and modern architectural patterns.

Job Responsibilities

  • API Design & Development: Architect, build, and maintain APIs to integrate enterprise systems, applications, and services, ensuring consistent and reliable data flow.
  • API Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of APIs including design, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
  • Integration Performance & Security: Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of integration services across environments.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues in development, staging, and production environments.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.

Minimum Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integration and API development.
  • Proven experience in API design and development, including integration architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong proficiency in API standards such as REST, JSON, XML, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Familiarity with SOAP, messaging protocols (e.g., MQ, JMS), and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Azure, Software AG, or other leading integration platforms.
  • Experience with cloud-native integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, AWS Step Functions).
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and API governance.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
