The opportunity

We currently are seeking a highly motivated Manager/Senior Manager to lead client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients in the healthcare sectorto deliver professional services on strategic and global priority accounts. This role will focus on Healthcare / Life Sciences as the main sector including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical device and medical technology companies.

You will provide advices with your expertise to help companies improve their performance, assisting with implementation and execution of strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with other consulting competencies to deliver end to end solutions to clients including large-scale transformation projects. This role requires a 50:50 split between technical sector knowledge and business acumen.

Your key responsibilities

  • Proactively develops broad and in-depth knowledge of related consulting methodologies and health market through on-the-job experience and training opportunities.
  • Develop practice and market specific subject matter expertise
  • Growth Strategy - assisting the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations
  • Strategic Planning -designing a sustainable process and tools for a client to run effective strategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning processes
  • Value driver-based decision support -assisting the client to identify drivers of enterprise value, and translate those drivers into planning, reporting and decision support frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making

The opportunity

As a Manager/Senior Manager for Transformation Architecture, you will help clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance.

You will lead client engagements and facilitate discussion with clients. You will interview clients, identify and summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content.

Your key responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy - assisting the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations
  • Strategic Planning -designing a sustainable process and tools for a client to run effective strategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning processes
  • Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design - assisting the client to reduce costs across the enterprise, and also to change the structure, governance and metrics of the enterprise
  • Value driver-based decision support -assisting the client to identify drivers of enterprise value, and translate those drivers into planning, reporting and decision support frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Develop and drive account-planning, as well assales and delivery ofservice offerings
  • Manage and control commercial aspects of the project delivery, including forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 5-years (Managers) or 8-years (Senior Managers) working experience, preferably at least 3-years in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization
  • Preferably experience in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning, organization design, and operation and business process improvement
  • Experience in managing / dealing in large complex projects on public-private partnership, merger integration, organisation restructuring and transformation
  • Experience evaluating current business operating models, designing and executing initiatives with business benefits to streamline the process and improve the effectiveness of the organization and its operating model
  • Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders

Ideally, you will also have

  • Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies
  • MBA degree from a reputable business school

The opportunity

We currently are seeking a highly motivated Manager/Senior Manager to lead client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients in the healthcare sectorto deliver professional services on strategic and global priority accounts. This role will focus on Healthcare / Life Sciences as the main sector including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical device and medical technology companies.

You will provide advices with your expertise to help companies improve their performance, assisting with implementation and execution of strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with other consulting competencies to deliver end to end solutions to clients including large-scale transformation projects. This role requires a 50:50 split between technical sector knowledge and business acumen.

Your key responsibilities

  • Proactively develops broad and in-depth knowledge of related consulting methodologies and health market through on-the-job experience and training opportunities.

The opportunity

We are looking for Managers /Senior Managers to join our leading Customer Consulting team. Our Manager are leaders in, and passionate about helping our clients design and deliver new Customer Experiences. They are smart, switched on and bring a strategic, creative and analytical mindset. Managers lead our project team’s day to day and work closely with our clients to lead, inspire and influence thinking within the project. They are expected to coach and develop their team members and are responsible for the delivery of complex workstreams and solutions. They deliver impactful when presentation, and have experience in leading client workshops, design sessions and/or customer research clinics. They are comfortable working with a level of ambiguity and at a fast pace in a dynamic environment.

Our managers enjoy working on varying projects and are open to learning about new industries and new cultures. They work across the project lifecycle from CX strategy through to CX design and execution. They deliver outstanding service to our clients and in do so in a way which helps achieve our purpose of “build a better working world”.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead complex CX workstreams comprising a mix of EY and client’s resources, with overall accountability delivering the expected outcomes to quality, time and budget
  • Ability to build a highly collaborative, high performing team environment
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Ability to identify and address client needs, and lead client discussions and meetings and workshops
  • Lead in the design and implementation of customer-centric solutions that provide measurable impact to clients
  • Design customer journeys in various client sectors, identify experiential pain points, delights and CX capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of the Customer practice i.e. support industry events, thought leadership and development of new tools and methods

  • Familiarity with customer-centric trends, best practices and technology solutions. Some fundamental experience in at least one of the competencies: customer research and insights, design, sales and marketing, customer services operations and channel engagement would be helpful
  • Some experience in the design or delivery in at least one or more of the following competencies:
    • Customer research and Insights
    • Human-centred Experience Design and Measurement
    • Sales and Marketing
    • Customer Services and Engagement
    • Recognized digital platforms and enabling technologies i.e. CMS, CRM

Ideally, you will also have

  • Sector-specific customer experience knowledge
  • Knowledge in Agile and/or traditional project management
  • Knowledge in product management and development lifecycle
  • Knowledge in Design Thinking, UI/UX
