Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project delivery using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. You will play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Support the use of Waterfall where appropriate and manage hybrid delivery models if needed.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Foster a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exposure to or experience in traditional Waterfall project management.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a hybrid delivery environment (Agile + Waterfall).
- Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Technical background or experience working with software development teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
6-8 years large scale consulting experience and managing teams in a consulting environment or at high tech companies
Experience:
Operating model: Deep understanding of impact on IT Operating Model to enable agile, devOps, continuous integration & delivery practices. Experience in leading modernization of legacy landscapes by defining target state processes, automation tools for agile and integrated delivery
Agile: Agile Maturity assessment, Hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations, experience with one or more Agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.), Expert knowledge of the business implications of an Agile Transformation Familiarity with large-scale agile frameworks like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), SAP activate, Nexus, etc.
DevOps: DevOps Maturity assessment, defining a DevOps roadmap in conjunction with a continuous improvement framework, Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains, Experience in two or more DevOps tools.
Innovation: Experience in conducting Design Thinking Workshops and Proof of Concept walkthroughs
The Consultant should have practical industry expertise. The areas of Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources are of interest but experience in equivalent domains is also welcomed. Consultants should understand the key technology trends in their domain and the related business implications
Key Competencies and Skills:
Educate various roles and levels of people on Agile principles
Suggest tools for implementing the process and engineering practices
Provide training sessions and teach skills that lead towards organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies.
Guiding teams into Agile methodology
Coach 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on the roles, rituals, and artifacts of Agile teams and organization units.
Providing team members with feedback and means of improvement and answering questions.
Provide hands-on support to all employees at times, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles including Product Owners, Dev-ops teams, development teams
Work with stakeholders to drive improvements in agile maturity while demonstrating quantifiable progress towards achieving higher performing teams and improved business outcomes.
The Agile Coach is responsible for designing a plan for the adoption of Agile (Domain-wide / enterprise-wide)
Foster teams and cultures practicing Agile, to sustaining Agile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement.
Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency
Working Knowledge on DevSecOps and Automation processes and tools
Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation
The ability to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market
Ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions
Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.
Deep experience within one or more of the Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources industries.

Support Technology to manage and implement projects and enhancements in accordance with
SDLC within the approved timeline and budget. Responsible to manage the resources and

Job Description
Synchronizes all the operations involved in the successful completion of a particular project. Supports and enhances customer relationships. Demonstrates technical capability of delivering low complexity projects. This includes developing Statements of Work (SOW), business proposals, project schedules and ensures that all team members understand the scope of the project as well as their individ responsiblities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensures all of the project's requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution.
- Assists in recognizing project's Key Performance Indicators and gathers information regarding scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
- Identifies project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation.
- Facilitates communication as appropriate to all stakeholders. This includes escalating issues to the next level of management
- Inputs the data in developing the project’s forecasted budget.
- Assists in overall project’s success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.
- Coordinates tasks involved within project’s multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer overall project success.
- Understands and exceeds customer needs and expectations.
- Gathers information for weekly communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information for projects including project status, resolving project issues, problems, and changes.
- Organizes verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.
- Responds in a timely fashion to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or internal personnel.
- Adheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Complies with and follows all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Any certification in Project Management preferred
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and e-mail skills required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.

Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related roles .
- Exposure to sales enablement and marketing collaboration in corporate or consulting environments.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in project management tools and CRM platforms
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and reporting dashboards .
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication abilities for interacting with internal teams and clients .
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.

- 2+ years of experience in delivering training or corporate facilitation.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum, Exin certification required (active status preferred).
- Proficient in project management tools and frameworks.
- Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training.
- Strong instructional design and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using LMS platforms and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Passionate about teaching and knowledge-sharing, with a strong commitment to learner development and engagement.
- Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and capable of managing group dynamics with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Patient, adaptable, and responsive to different learning styles and unexpected training challenges.
