About The Role & Team
As Project Manager, you will drive a variety of project initiatives that meets the needs of our customer base. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with colleagues and customers located worldwide. Success in this role means you pay attention to detail be time sensitive possess influencing skills and enjoy working with others of diverse backgrounds.
Reporting to the Senior Project Portfolio Manager, you will be a part of the Project Management Team.
What You Will Do
- Managing projects - Project size will vary in scope and complexity. You manage the project throughout its life cycle - from inception through project closure. You manage change mitigate risks and deliver results to stakeholders and customers alike. Attention to detail effective time management and influencing people skills are key ingredients to be successful in managing projects.
- Working with project teams - Every project is completed through team effort. You work effectively with team members that may be local or distant. You regularly track project activities against plan schedules and take corrective action on any deviations. You communicate to team members management stakeholders and customers regularly and frequently ensuring that there is continuous understanding and alignment regarding the projects progress.
- Working with customers - You are committed to putting the customer first. As a result, you proactively work with the customer and their teams to ensure that each project goal and objective is met with satisfaction.
- Project Management administration - Your ability to write clearly and simply are key skills to documenting project activities. Documentation ranges from developing communications strategy plans designing resource and project plans providing status reports submitting and tracking change requests tracking risks and issues providing variance reports to providing Steering Committee reports and lessons learned. Accuracy is key.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in the Aviation industry does help. This can be within airlines, airports.
- Telecommunications experience is also very advantageous.
- Proven ability of problem-solving self-managing with a result driven focus.
- Projects for airline infrastructure engage with SDWAN, FLEX, Airport Hub (APH), CISCO, Palo Alto, HP and the like, so experience with infrastructure type programs of work is beneficial.
- Cyber security is very prevalent in today’s world, and knowledge and or experience in this arena for airlines & airports is beneficial.
- Projects in Airport space work with kiosk’s, bag drops, common use equipment, firewalls, Cyber security.
- Self-managing to results, managing changes in scope while driving for on time & on budget programs of work is key.
- Clear, concise & timely communication & administrative skills while managing projects is critical in ensuring all relevant parties are aware of their roles & responsibilities as well as the progress, risks and issues related to the project in hand.
- Experience in stake holder management both internal and external
- Project financial management and managing to budget , margin with capability to improve on it
- Project Management Professional
- Experience in Aviation industry
- Infrastructure Projects Moreso than application / software is important.
- Language skills are helpful as projects are across the APAC GEO & Globe

Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical concepts, architecture, structure and other disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project planning and design development process.
- Keen in understanding customer needs (internal & external customers) and the issues which may impact in maintaining the effectiveness of the design details.

Requirements
- Candidates must possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Civil and Engineering (Structure) or other equivalent fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in the project management/ property development industry.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Knowledge of design details in property development industry.
- Strong knowledge and skill in handling 2D/ 3D modelling or any other equivalent modelling software. (Inclusive but not limited to AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop)
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point, Project, Team)
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill. Ability to communicate cross departments and different management level.

Job Description
Provide project leadership and coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective integration of planning, execution, and monitoring functions.
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risks to ensure successful completion within time and cost constraints, while maintaining profitability.
Monitor project progress and milestones regularly, identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Coordinate and foster strong working relationships with internal teams, consultants, clients, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage the subcontracting process, including defining scopes, preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and supporting pricing and cost estimation efforts.
Support the review of key project decisions, procurement strategies, and contract variations in coordination with the Project Director.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (QHSE MS).
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
15+ years of experience in the construction field, preferably with experience in Advanced Technology Facilities (ATFs), Data Centers, and Warehouses projects.
Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
