Digital Content & Community Investment Analyst
Job Purpose: Support the delivery of print and electronic communications for employee, customer communications, and community investment strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the design of high-quality visual assets that support the communication objectives of brand, digital, social media and its stakeholders.
- Design and develop visually compelling assets for digital and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google).
- Support the ideation, storyboarding, and execution of short-form video content for campaigns and organic content.
- Translate campaign concepts into a variety of creative formats and adaptations: static posts, video, reels, carousels, etc.
- Collaborate closely with team members to support and ensure that all assets align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Support project reviews to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance and adherence of all company practices and processes.
- Work under guidance with external providers to ensure consistently high-quality service and products.
- Recommend, plan and execute all Community Investment activities and CSR project management.
- Work and collaborate with internal & external community and sustainability stakeholders such as Risk, Operations, Sustainability Committee and Z Zurich Foundation.
- Performance Management Accountabilities
- Demonstrate commitment to corporate values.

Technical proficiency
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools (Canva, Figma).
- Practical knowledge of file specs, aspect ratios, and asset best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot photographs and videos including product shots, lifestyle images, and event coverage.
Your Skills and Experience
As a Digital Content & Community Investment Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking, Graphic Design, New Media, Broadcasting or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both motion/video and static work for digital channels.
- Familiarity with current trends in design, pop culture, editing styles, and social media.
- Understanding industry-specific trends and developments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Position Summary
The Master Data and Trade Investment Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, integrity and efficient management of business-critical data, while also supporting trade investment planning and analysis. This dual-role function is responsible for maintaining master data (customer and pricing) in SAP and providing insights into trade investment effectiveness to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
Master Data Management
- Create, update and maintain master data (customer & pricing) in SAP and other systems (ESP, High Radius, E-Condition2).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency across system and other application or reporting tools.
- Act as key liaison for master data issues and improvements.
Trade Investment Analysis
- Monitor and maintain the renewal / expiry of the trade investment or rebate agreement.
- Monitor and manage trade Investment approvals and approval matrix and provide a monthly reconciliation to Finance Team and quarterly report to international reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency across system and other application or reporting tools.
- Involve in Trade Investment review meetings by preparing the information needed prior to the meetings.
Others
- Prepare quarterly review documentation for SOX compliance on customer, pricing and trade investment master data.
- Assist and provide the documentation to internal and external auditors.
What we are looking for
Required Skills and Experience
- Accounting or Finance diploma/degree, or ACCA/CPA/CIMA partly qualified or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Master Data, Sales Finance or Commercial Analytics roles within FMCG.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate in English (speaking and writing).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize high-speed, matrixed environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in working with remote colleagues.

Key Accountabilities
Support the design of high-quality visual assets that support the communication objectives of brand, digital, social media and its stakeholders.
Design and develop visually compelling assets for digital and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google).
Support the ideation, storyboarding, and execution of short-form video content for campaigns and organic content.
Translate campaign concepts into a variety of creative formats and adaptations: static posts, video, reels, carousels, etc.
Collaborate closely with team members to support and ensure that all assets align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Support project reviews to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure compliance and adherence of all company practices and processes.
Work under guidance with external providers to ensure consistently high-quality service and products.
Recommend, plan and execute all Community Investment activities and CSR project management.
Work and collaborate with internal & external community and sustainability stakeholders such as Risk, Operations, Sustainability Committee and Z Zurich Foundation.
Performance Management Accountabilities

Technical proficiency
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools (Canva, Figma).
Practical knowledge of file specs, aspect ratios, and asset best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Shoot photographs and videos including product shots, lifestyle images, and event coverage.
Your Skills and Experience
As a Digital Content & Community Investment Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking, Graphic Design, New Media, Broadcasting or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing both motion/video and static work for digital channels.
Familiarity with current trends in design, pop culture, editing styles, and social media.
Understanding industry-specific trends and developments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Position Summary The Master Data and Trade Investment Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, integrity and efficient management of business-critical data, while also supporting trade investment planning and analysis. This dual-role function is responsible for maintaining master data (customer and pricing) in SAP and providing insights into trade investment effectiveness to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
Master Data Management
Create, update and maintain master data (customer & pricing) in SAP and other systems (ESP, High Radius, E-Condition2).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency across system and other application or reporting tools.
Act as key liaison for master data issues and improvements.
Trade Investment Analysis
Monitor and maintain the renewal / expiry of the trade investment or rebate agreement.
Monitor and manage trade Investment approvals and approval matrix and provide a monthly reconciliation to Finance Team and quarterly report to international reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency across system and other application or reporting tools.
Involve in Trade Investment review meetings by preparing the information needed prior to the meetings.
Others
Prepare quarterly review documentation for SOX compliance on customer, pricing and trade investment master data.
Assist and provide the documentation to internal and external auditors.
Qualifications Required Skills And Experience
Accounting or Finance diploma/degree, or ACCA/CPA/CIMA partly qualified or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in Master Data, Sales Finance or Commercial Analytics roles within FMCG.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate in English (speaking and writing).
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize high-speed, matrixed environment.
Preferred Skills And Experience
Experience in working with remote colleagues.
