The Lendlease Investment Management business is seeking to hire an experienced Investment Analyst to join the team based in Kuala Lumpur. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Reporting & Presentations: Contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports, investor briefing decks, board papers, and other internal and external communications. Support the development of high-quality, data-driven presentations and respond to ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Financial Modelling & Analysis: Maintain, enhance, and develop robust financial models for existing assets and development projects. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of model outputs to support strategic decision-making. Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities.
- Capital & Debt Management: Support the forecasting of capital requirements and collaborate with the Treasury team on debt refinancing, capital structuring, and related tax and accounting considerations.
- Market & Industry Research: Conduct ongoing industry and market research to monitor trends, assess risks, and identify emerging opportunities across relevant asset classes.
- Transaction Support: Assist in the preparation and review of fund-related documentation, including equity calls, divestments, capital reductions, distributions, and share statements.
- Investor Relations: Provide accurate and timely data for investor reporting and communications. Support responses to investor queries and information requests.
- Asset Performance Review: Perform quantitative analyses of asset performance, including lease renewals, asset enhancement initiatives, sustainability efforts, valuations, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Investment Analyst (or similar), with at least 2 years with a particular focus on real estate financial modelling and investment analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, including strong command of financial formulas and modelling techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, high attention to detail, and a proactive, business-oriented mindset.

Master Data & Trade Investment Analyst

Position Summary
The Master Data and Trade Investment Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, integrity and efficient management of business-critical data, while also supporting trade investment planning and analysis. This dual-role function is responsible for maintaining master data (customer and pricing) in SAP and providing insights into trade investment effectiveness to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
Master Data Management
- Create, update and maintain master data (customer & pricing) in SAP and other systems (ESP, High Radius, E-Condition2).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency across system and other application or reporting tools.
- Act as key liaison for master data issues and improvements.
Trade Investment Analysis
- Monitor and maintain the renewal / expiry of the trade investment or rebate agreement.
- Monitor and manage trade Investment approvals and approval matrix and provide a monthly reconciliation to Finance Team and quarterly report to international reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency across system and other application or reporting tools.
- Involve in Trade Investment review meetings by preparing the information needed prior to the meetings.

- Assist and provide the documentation to internal and external auditors.

Required Skills and Experience
- Accounting or Finance diploma/degree, or ACCA/CPA/CIMA partly qualified or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Master Data, Sales Finance or Commercial Analytics roles within FMCG.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate in English (speaking and writing).

What Will You Do?
Responsibilities
We seek to expand the Group’s education and hospitality portfolio across the region whilst ensuring that our current holdings continue to flourish and grow. In this role, you will report to the Director, Business Development & Investments and will assume the following broad roles and responsibilities:
- Identifying, researching and executing new initiatives and partnerships to grow the Group’s portfolio of education and hospitality assets.
- Collaborating with the Group’s sales, marketing and operations teams to identify and execute initiatives to improve revenues and enhance cost and operational efficiencies where applicable.
- End-to-end involvement in the delivery and launch of new business ventures including market research, business model development, transaction structuring and documentation, fund-raising and go-to-market activities.
- Drafting and presenting internal proposals with well-researched analysis and recommendations to the Board and senior management of the Group for approval.
- Working closely with management and appointed third parties across the Group’s portfolio holdings to ensure effective implementation of strategy and KPIs are achieved and the recommendation and execution of corrective actions as necessary; and
- General corporate finance, treasury and capital-raising initiatives
To successfully fill this role, you will have the right attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- A passion for travel, hospitality and education;
- At least 2 years of prior work experience in a relevant field with responsibility and demonstrated success in leading a team(s) and delivering KPIs;
- Candidates will need to possess the following attributes:

Key Accountabilities
- Support the design of high-quality visual assets that support the communication objectives of brand, digital, social media and its stakeholders.
- Design and develop visually compelling assets for digital and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google).
- Support the ideation, storyboarding, and execution of short-form video content for campaigns and organic content.
- Translate campaign concepts into a variety of creative formats and adaptations: static posts, video, reels, carousels, etc.
- Collaborate closely with team members to support and ensure that all assets align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Support project reviews to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance and adherence of all company practices and processes.
- Work under guidance with external providers to ensure consistently high-quality service and products.
- Recommend, plan and execute all Community Investment activities and CSR project management.
- Work and collaborate with internal & external community and sustainability stakeholders such as Risk, Operations, Sustainability Committee and Z Zurich Foundation.
- Demonstrate commitment to corporate values.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools (Canva, Figma).
- Practical knowledge of file specs, aspect ratios, and asset best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot photographs and videos including product shots, lifestyle images, and event coverage.
As a Digital Content & Community Investment Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking, Graphic Design, New Media, Broadcasting or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both motion/video and static work for digital channels.
- Familiarity with current trends in design, pop culture, editing styles, and social media.
- Understanding industry-specific trends and developments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Position Summary
The Master Data and Trade Investment Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, integrity and efficient management of business-critical data, while also supporting trade investment planning and analysis. This dual-role function is responsible for maintaining master data (customer and pricing) in SAP and providing insights into trade investment effectiveness to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
**Master Data Management**
+ Create, update and maintain master data (customer & pricing) in SAP and other systems (ESP, High Radius, E-Condition2).
+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency across system and other application or reporting tools.
+ Act as key liaison for master data issues and improvements.
**Trade Investment Analysis**
+ Monitor and maintain the renewal / expiry of the trade investment or rebate agreement.
+ Monitor and manage trade Investment approvals and approval matrix and provide a monthly reconciliation to Finance Team and quarterly report to international reporting
+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency across system and other application or reporting tools.
+ Involve in Trade Investment review meetings by preparing the information needed prior to the meetings.
**Others**
+ Prepare quarterly review documentation for SOX compliance on customer, pricing and trade investment master data.
+ Assist and provide the documentation to internal and external auditors.
What we are looking for
Required Skills and Experience
+ Accounting or Finance diploma/degree, or ACCA/CPA/CIMA partly qualified or related field.
+ Minimum 2-4 years' experience in Master Data, Sales Finance or Commercial Analytics roles within FMCG.
+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to communicate in English (speaking and writing).
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
+ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize high-speed, matrixed environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
+ Experience in working with remote colleagues.
