Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant
with strong expertise in one or more leading EAM platforms such as
SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM . This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting EAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions (SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle).
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
Configure and customize the EAM platform based on business processes and industry best practices.
Develop and test integrations, reports, and other system components (RICEFW or equivalent for other tools).
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.
Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the EAM domain.
Qualifications:
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
SAP S/4HANA EAM
Hexagon EAM
IBM Maximo
Oracle EAM
Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management is preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Certifications in SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle EAM are a plus.
Familiarity with related tools and modules: SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF; Maximo will be a plus.
Knowledge of the use of Gen AI in EAM will be a plus point.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.
Consulting Attributes:
Prior consulting experience with client-facing roles is preferred.
Ability to develop whitepapers, contribute to proposals, and support business development efforts.
Self-driven and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.

Understand client needs and design, implement, support business processes with focus on out-of-the-box solutions.
Support in proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement; new accounts.
Engage in producing high-impact reports, points of view, developing market relevant assets and accelerators.
Contributes towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks etc.
Guides less experienced team members in delivering solutions.
Lead efforts towards building go-to-market/ off the shelf /point solutions and process methodologies for reuse.
Role Description:
Should understand different business process in of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated)
Commercial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Experience in projects encompassing performance management project management and reporting.
Strong analytical and critical thinking acumen and manage end to end delivery for a project
Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment consulting with minimal supervision
Demonstrated strength in data analysis using BI tools viz Power BI Tableau and MS Excel is desired
Institutionalization of knowledge gained from above work streams creating artefacts such as presentations case studies and reports to be published internally externally
Candidate should have strong communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Full Time Graduation.
Minimum degree and preferably master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field.
Analyst: 1+ year; Consultant: 5+ years; Manager: 10+ years.
Experience in consulting type of work connected to technology advisory, management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience from the Utilities industry.
Open to both locals and expatriates with work visa sponsorship covered for the employee.
Employee required to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consulting Engineer – SAP Technical Consulting who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using the NextLabs Data-centric security for SAP product line. Responsibilities- Working closely with customers to design solutions involving information security and compliance needs on SAP

- Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with other NextLabs components that interface with NextLabs SAP Data Security Product Suite
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
- BS Degree in computer science or engineering or higher
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Have a good understanding of SAP best practices
- Must be hands-on with RICEFW development and ABAP New syntax as needed to support project timelines and objectives
- Must have solid experience in ABAP development with good understanding of SAP modules such as Finance, MM, PP, QM, FI and SD
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) based design & development and ABAP Restful Programming Model
- Experience with SAP BW, BW/4HANA is a huge plus
- Experience with Java based development is a plus
- Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies
- Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with non-SAP applications is a plus
- Experience with Data Masking, Data Anonymization techniques is a huge plus
