Responsibilities

Collect, verify, and enter data from various internal systems (e.g., sales platforms, inventory systems, CRM)

Support product upload and update workflows in coordination with merchandising or marketing teams.

Maintain accuracy of key datasets including product listings, pricing, SKU performance, and channel-specific data

Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and reports across all departments.

Consolidate and analyze data from e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop) and retail channels.

Automate recurring reports and streamline manual data workflows.

Perform in-depth analyses of customer behavior, product sales, campaign ROI, and operations.

Develop forecasts for sales, inventory, and marketing performance using historical and predictive models.

Translate insights into business recommendations to improve efficiency and growth.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems and platforms.

Support ETL processes and collaborate with data engineers on scalable pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field.

Proven experience in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and Data Automation.

Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript and visualization tools like Tableau.

Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques and Artificial intelligence implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience with statistical software such as R or Python.
• Experience with Google Analytics, including understanding of metrics and hands-on experience in generating reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Qliksense or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or other database language is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job brief

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end enrolment process, including form generation, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Conduct ETL processes to migrate and synchronize data between our ERP platform and existing systems.
• Generate reports such as enrolment lists, merchandise entitlements, and other operational insights.
• Analyze student data, perform segmentation, and provide lead generation for targeted campaigns, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Improve process automation where possible using scripts, macros, or ERP customization features.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, ERP systems, or business operations.
• Strong understanding of enrolment, invoicing, and finance processes within a structured system.
• ETL knowledge to handle data transformation and system matching.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience in data analytics.
