Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist with a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions and driving data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau and advanced data visualization concepts, along with a solid understanding of data manipulation, analytics tools, and programming languages.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver Tableau dashboards, storyboards, and prototypes with quick turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and provide end-to-end project management : requirement gathering, solution validation, user testing, technical documentation, and production rollout.
  • Perform data manipulation and preparation using tools such as Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep .
  • Write complex SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Leverage Python and data science libraries (preferred) for advanced analytics and automation.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Provide clear and impactful presentations of data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process, product, and operational improvements .
  • Influence cross-functional teams effectively, even without direct authority.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science , or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant analytics experience with demonstrated career growth and increasing responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and advanced Tableau development skills.
  • Expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
  • Familiarity with Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, Tableau Prep , or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Python and data science libraries is a plus.
