We are hiring a Data Analyst who bridges the gap between business and data. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Expert-level SQL skills and strong understanding of relational data modeling
• Experience with dbt for transformation and modeling
• Experience with at least one BI tool; Looker preferred
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience writing Python scripts and knowledge of the telecommunications space are added advantages

Job Overview

The work we do includes:

• Development, maintenance, calibration of credit models of various portfolio types
• Review and validation of credit models
• Firm-level credit assessment and performance analytics across segments
• Probability of default (PD) and IFRS 9 expected credit loss analytics
• Customised solutions and advisory for credit and portfolio management

As Analyst, you will play an important part in project execution and delivery, quantitative analysis and preparing documentation, reports or presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. You will also be responsible for operational client collaboration and helpdesk support.

Responsibilities

• Undertake internal or external client projects in the areas of data analysis and financial and credit analytics to communicate findings and develop recommendations.
• Perform industry, business, financial assessment and credit rating for the assigned cases/entities under your purview.
• Provide support for analytics solutions, tools or software applications, assisting where necessary in solution development, implementation, customer and stakeholder support, issues resolution and identifying areas for improvement.
• Undertake data extraction, preparation and analysis for assignments using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare credit and analytical reports including documentation, supporting materials and presentations.
• Develop, enhance or refine rating methodologies and analytical frameworks.
• Conduct research for assignments and subject matters of interest as required.
• Participate or present in internal and external meetings to discuss, explain, provide insights and contribute on case assignments, reports and other analytical tasks.
• Maintain orderly files and documentation of assignments’ data, analytical output, minutes, deliverables, communications and administrative matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel with proficiency in VBA for automation and tooling.
• Command of analytical tools and software such as Python and R is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates with 2 – 3 years’ experience in financial modelling, credit analysis and data analytics are encouraged to apply.

About the opportunity

We are seeking a dynamicData Analyst to be part of our mission to drive impactful decisions across our 22 markets. Working within our Analytics team, you'll support the team by providing high-quality insights, maintaining data consistency, and collaborating with internal teams to assist in decision-making. The Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will work on maintaining, exploring, and developing our core analytical datasets. You'll perform ad-hoc analysis, create impactful data visualizations, and collaborate with stakeholders to support key business functions. Your role will include building aggregated tables, performing exploratory data analysis, and designing data models to provide both predictive and historical insights.

What you will be working on:

You will be responsible for managing datasets, creating visualizations, and collaborating on project requirements with stakeholders. Your work will include everything from exploring data to developing efficient and meaningful visualizations via BI tools to ensure data-driven insights are readily available and actionable.

Core Responsibilities:

• Data Exploration and Development: Manage core analytical datasets, assist in data investigation, and build additional aggregated tables and data layers to support visualization needs.
• Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analysis, providing stakeholders with insights in various formats, including dashboards and presentations.
• Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, plan and manage project roadmaps, and create data visualizations that effectively communicate data insights.
  
  

• Degree in computer science, statistics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with data at an intermediate/advanced level.
• Proficiency in building complex data visualizations with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills, including analytical SQL and DDL.
• Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Snowflake).
  
  

• Experience in consumer-facing or e-commerce data, especially within travel or cashback sectors.
• Experience with user event data, product performance analysis, and complex analyses (CAC/LTV, cohort calculations, etc.).
• Background or interest in Python, scheduling tools (e.g., Airflow), or version control (e.g., Git).
• Any background in data engineering is a plus but not required.

Join Keypath’s mission to become the leading provider of online education in the APAC region. We're seeking a proactive and insightful Data Analyst to uncover business-critical insights, support performance targets, and drive strategic growth.

A key objective of the role is analysing performance data, conducting commissions analysis, proactively assessing performance impacts on revenue, monitoring weekly performance for early indicators, and providing recommendations for future opportunities.

Education:

• Relevant degree or qualification in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or Business.
