Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues professionally.

Collaborate with team members and participate in training and meetings.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Passionate about PETRONAS Shop products and eager to learn.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused.

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
