Responsibilities:

1. Gather requirements from stakeholders to identify integration needs for Autocount with third-party systems.
2. Develop and maintain integration solutions between Autocount and third-party systems, such as warehouse management systems, CRM systems, and other software using C#.
3. Design integration workflows and data mappings, and create technical specifications.
4. Collaborate with third-party API support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the integration.
5. Develop and maintain custom scripts, plugins, or other integration tools as needed using C#.
6. Perform testing and validation of the integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
7. Provide technical support to end-users as needed.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

The Engineering Technician cooperates with his / her superior to ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment. This role is responsible for the general work order maintenance work assigned by his / her superior or assisting the Engineering department's maintenance team in completing other maintenance work.
**What will I be doing?**
As the Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Strictly adhere to staff rules and regulations, the Management and commands from your superiors.

- Ensure the normal operation of the hotel's daily power supply, water supply, gas supply, heating and cooling equipment.

- Follow-up with maintenance works for banquets and meetings, ensuring that the hotel's banquet and meeting equipment works well.

- Supervise and inspect the hotel's Fire department's fire preventive works and take proper measures to stop any violation of the fire prevention works.

- Responsible for recommending disciplinary action for assigned subordinates.

The Successful Applicant A successful Engineering Lead should have: A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience over 10 years. Strong understanding of ATM/POS switching systems, debit card issuance and management, digital channel integration, encryption protocols. Exposure to emerging payment technologies including Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, QR codes, and digital wallets is advantageous. Skilled in API development and web service integration. Proven experience integrating switches with VISA and MasterCard is essential. Solid understanding of full software development life cycles including Waterfall, Agile, and other modern methodologies.
