During the course of your training, you will:
- Rotate through various departments such as Design, Operations & Maintenance, Pre-Construction, and Project Management to understand the workflow and challenges in each area.

- Assist in the execution of ongoing projects, providing support to project managers and team leads.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and innovations.
- Work closely with senior leaders who will mentor you throughout the program.

- Prepare and present reports on your findings and progress.
