Responsibilities : . 1) Acquisition and Placement Talent sourcing and selection. Participate in nationwide career fairs and talks. Resource planning and mobilisation to ensure that staffing needs of the Bank are supported. Manage staff promotions to identify best fit for available position. 2) System and Database Management Manage and update all aspects of HR system. Work closely with users in HR department to enhance ad finetune the work processes / procedures for better utilisation of the system . Resolve issues pertaining to system development and implementation. Perform necessary system changes and testing. Requirements: A recognised Degree. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Possesses strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant A successful Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
