Job Purpose

  • Provide support for the IFCA Net, IFCA mall, Uipath, Talend, Abbyy Flexi-capture, I-residential, and CSS system. SAP BPC planning and console are a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the supervisor in establishing, implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and improving the Divisional/BU/OU Property Sales, Finance, Cash Management, Property Development, Fixed Asset, Rental, and Residential Management Systems.
  2. Support and maintain the systems for Property Business and ensure system stability.
  3. Assist the supervisor in ensuring IT investments and operations deliver value to Property Business.
  4. Manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to requirements.
  5. Manage work tasks and facilitate knowledge transfer to operation teams regarding the applications implemented.
  6. Estimate effort, budget, and manage costs for divisional-specific project initiatives.
  7. Support the supervisor in ensuring system compliance with Group Standards.

Education/Professional Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in computer technology, information systems, engineering, finance, accounting, or related fields. Specialization in IT Systems Software and Support is preferred.

Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT application systems support.

Professional Experience

  • Proven experience in supporting complex systems, preferably within the property management domain; experience with IFCA system is a plus.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools and processes, such as Jira and ITSM.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Overview

  • Basic knowledge of ITIL Concepts within IT Service Management and how it applies to IT Customer Support, Ticket Resolutions and Escalations is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management Tools (Salesforce, ServiceNOW, JIRA, ADO, etc) to manage Customer Service Management engagements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Candidates with experience in Oil and Gas industry and/or hydrocarbon accounting are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A sense of urgency about solving problems and attaining favorable results
  • Ability to set achievable goals and deadlines and maintain commitment to achieving goals in the face of obstacles and frustrations
  • A team player and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal to be able to interact with English speaking clients
  • Willingness to work on shifts in support of 24 hours / 7 day operations
