- Develops, documents and implements changes based on requests for change. Carries out routine operational procedures, including the execution of specified automation tools/scripts. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT operations, system administration, and security response.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and security practices.
- Experience with ITSM, ITIL, Autopilot, Jamf, Windows 11 and macOS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.

Digital System Administrator
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Reports to: Business Systems Manager
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for the configuration, management, and continuous improvement of Leighton Asia's digital systems and services. Ensures smooth IT operations, security, troubleshooting, and user support across projects and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain digital planning software, servers, and licenses.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and update systems to ensure smooth performance.
- Oversee system security, access control, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitor systems, generate availability and capacity reports, and manage IT assets.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents, service requests, and user support.
- Conduct software/hardware audits and maintain user guides.
- Provide training and technical support to staff.
- Support continuous improvement by updating documentation and identifying process enhancements.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in IT or related field; IT Service Management certification preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in desktop support, infrastructure, and digital systems administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software systems, Windows OS, client apps, and browsers.
- Knowledge of APIs, change/configuration management, IT security, networks, cloud, and virtual environments.
- Hands-on with:
- Microsoft Windows Server & SQL Server
- Programming (.NET, ASP, HTML, XML)
- IIS, API, ODBC, REST
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- ERP systems (SAP/JDE)
- Good communication skills; able to work with vendors, stakeholders, and multi-level teams.
- Multi-lingual: English, Chinese (Cantonese), and Bahasa/Malay preferred.
