Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maxis Retail Store Crew located in Seberang Perai & Sunway Carnival Mall, Penang. The Retail Crew will be responsible for assisting customers, providing information about Maxis products and services, processing sales transactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks also include managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and participating in promotional activities.

- Sales skills and ability to perform product demonstrations.
- Experience with inventory management and store maintenance.

- Area of Study: STEM subjects (except Life Sciences), Engineering (Network, Telecommunications, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic), Tech (Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, IT), Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance or Economics.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical support for Coda's platform to users, in-house developers, and global partners across various communication channels.
- Monitor platform health and service availability using internal tools and dashboards; proactively identify and respond to anomalies, outages, and performance issues.
- Assess, triage, and manage technical and functional inquiries from global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
- Manage and prioritize multiple support cases concurrently, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders in QA testing to validate functionality and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify, investigate, and document incidents; escalate critical issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams when needed.
- Take ownership of incident response processes, including detection, impact analysis, stakeholder communication, coordination of response teams, and post-incident reviews.
- Contribute to continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming sectors.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and an intense urgency in addressing critical issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development processes.

- Design, configure, and install network equipment, Audio Video, Door Access, RFID & IoT and CCTV Systems. Perform all delegated tasks assigned by operation manager.
- Maintain and upgrade existing network equipment, Audio Video, Door Access and CCTV camera systems.
- Provide technical support to end users covering all hardware and systems related issues.
- Troubleshoot network equipment, Audio Video, Door Access, RFID & IoT and CCTV camera systems.
- Ensure that all project specifications are implemented in the technical solution and are compatible with the project's overall architecture including structured cabling.
- Identify any and all compliance issues with recommended resolution options.
- Responsible for solve any problems reported by customer and sends the necessary technicians to check and repair if necessary and test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working conditions.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
