Eligibility Requirements

  • Malaysian citizens at minimum age of 18 and up to 23 years old at the time of enrolment date for undergraduate studies
  • Track Record of Academic Excellence: Latest Pre-University results at CGPA 3.5 & above: STPM / Diploma / Matriculation (Minimum CGPA of 3.5 equivalent), UEC (Minimum 5A’s), Cambridge A-Levels (Minimum 3A’s), Australian Matriculation: Minimum ATAR of 85%, American Foundation Program: Minimum SAT score of 1,500, International Baccalaureate (IB): 38
  • Area of Study: STEM subjects (except Life Sciences), Engineering (Network, Telecommunications, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic), Tech (Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, IT), Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities through active participation in extracurricular activities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Not presently holding or have accepted any other scholarships/loans/grants or financial assistance from other organisations/parties (public or private), with a contractual obligation as beneficiary.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support for Coda's platform to users, in-house developers, and global partners across various communication channels.
  • Monitor platform health and service availability using internal tools and dashboards; proactively identify and respond to anomalies, outages, and performance issues.
  • Assess, triage, and manage technical and functional inquiries from global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support cases concurrently, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders in QA testing to validate functionality and ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Identify, investigate, and document incidents; escalate critical issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams when needed.
  • Take ownership of incident response processes, including detection, impact analysis, stakeholder communication, coordination of response teams, and post-incident reviews.
  • Contribute to continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming sectors.
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and an intense urgency in addressing critical issues.

Job Description

  • Managing and Supporting all installed systems and infrastructure of System
  • Maintain Network Infrastructure and System Security, including system setup and network configuration.
  • Maintain hardware inventory of all equipment including spare equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, relating to installation, configuration and functional / technical support of the systems.
  • Ensure system operations notifications and escalation procedures are accurately followed.
  • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously and ensure all milestones and deadlines are meet.
  • Managing and Preparing the reports and necessary documentation to customer or management if required .Manage work assignment and allocation for staff.
  • Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to Team Member.
  • Design, configure, and install network equipment, Audio Video, Door Access, RFID & IoT and CCTV Systems. Perform all delegated tasks assigned by operation manager.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing network equipment, Audio Video, Door Access and CCTV camera systems.
  • Provide technical support to end users covering all hardware and systems related issues.
  • Troubleshoot network equipment, Audio Video, Door Access, RFID & IoT and CCTV camera systems.
  • Ensure that all project specifications are implemented in the technical solution and are compatible with the project's overall architecture including structured cabling.
  • Identify any and all compliance issues with recommended resolution options.
  • Responsible for solve any problems reported by customer and sends the necessary technicians to check and repair if necessary and test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working conditions.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma/post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong technical knowledge, strong networking capabilities and relationship management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and a strong team player.
