• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (contact center experience is a plus).

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets

- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance sales skills and knowledge

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent

- Previous sales experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Positive attitude and self-motivated

- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Area of Study : STEM subjects (except Life Sciences), Engineering (Network, Telecommunications, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic), Tech (Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, IT), Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Leadership Potential : Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities through active participation in extracurricular activities.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work collaboratively.
• Excellent command of English , both verbal and written.
• Not presently holding or have accepted any other scholarships/loans/grants or financial assistance from other organisations/parties (public or private), with a contractual obligation as beneficiary.
