As Junior Business Intelligence Analyst - BW, you will be part of the Global SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Team. Your role involves supporting reporting use and adoption to enhance decision-making across Hilti. As an Industrial Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our inspection and maintenance operations. By managing tasks, monitoring productivity, coordinating documentation, and supporting Qualified Personnel (QPs), you’ll contribute directly to safety, regulatory excellence, and operational performance.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for:

• Task Coordination & Documentation

  • Creating new inspection tasks in Caction based on QP schedules.

  • Assisting in QP site allocation and updating assignment statuses.

  • Managing document control for maintenance takeovers and license renewals.

• Regulatory Support

  • Drafting and submitting official communications to JKKP (e.g., license termination letters).

  • Applying for license updates and renewals via MySKUD.

• Productivity Monitoring

  • Tracking QP performance (e.g., PEKALA & Comprehensive Inspections) and compiling monthly productivity and findings reports.

• System & Subscription Management

  • Overseeing the Caction and MALEA subscription process (quotation, PR/PO creation, vendor coordination).

  • Performing monthly data updates in Caction (e.g., PMA numbers, CF expiry dates).

• Customer & QP Support

  • Assisting internal and external stakeholders with MyKKP/Caction issues and general information requests.
