Salary: -
- Obtain client information, engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information, and diffuse angry customers as needed.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explain possible solutions, and ensure clients feel supported and valued.
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
- Transfer emergency calls appropriately and without delay.
- Assist in handling and replying to inquiries about hospital services received via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Live Chat, or voicemail.
- Explain and provide correct information about the hospital’s location, facilities, consultation clinics, and other departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of any information encountered during duties.
- Assist with administrative and documentation work.
- Maintain departmental reports, records, and statistical data for administrative and audit purposes.
- Assist with other matters as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of handled information.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months (renewable)
- Students currently on semester break, looking for internship opportunities, or exploring the hospital industry are welcome.
- No prior experience required.
- Open to office hour-based or shift-based work.
Hourly Rate: RM10/hour

Responsabilities
Perform Instrument Selection and Sizing calculations Develop Instrument Design Basis/Philosophy Prepare instruments specification, datasheet, IO list and index. Software: SPI (INtools) and Aveva Instrumentation. Procurement assistance for field instruments, safety & control valves, Packaged equipment (Power gen, compressors, etc.) . Perform Engineering within stipulated time frame of the project. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, third party consultants, etc. to ensure timely review of documents and that comments are made with required quality level. Work with Engineers and Designers both within and outside the discipline to ensure instruments are selected, installed, and configured for optimum operation and accuracy.
Requirements
Engineering degree in Electronic, Automation or Instrumentation Technology. 5+ years relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry with specific experience on Controls and Instrumentation design for Offshore Oil and Gas facilities –Fixed Process Platforms, FPSO. Sound engineering knowledge in field instruments as well as control and shutdown systems. Excellent knowledge in selecting and specifying field instruments e.g. flowmeters, level instruments, control valves, shutdown valves, safety valves, analysers etc. Good knowledge on international codes & standards , including the offshore related regulations . Effective Team player, capable of working with Multi-National Clients and possess good communication skills

RESPONSABILITIES As Instrumentation and Controls Manager you are responsible for maintaining and developing the team skill sets within the Discipline. You are responsible for allocating resources to ensure that Instrumentation and Controls Engineering project tasks are completed per budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. You take ownership of the overall quality and performance of the work performed by the Instrumentation and Controls discipline. You also take ownership of all engineering and design activities within the Discipline. In your role, you must manage uncertainty and provide guidance to the team in order that designs are properly executed and risk is managed to prevent negative impact on the overall project. REQUIREMENTS Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Controls & Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Instrumentation or ICSS engineering and design in the oil & gas industry (fixed platforms and floating facilities such as FPSO), including in the capacity as Lead Engineer in two EPCIC projects. Experience shall also preferably encompass Conceptual, Basic, and Detailed Engineering phases.
Excellent leadership skills, able to lead a team of more than 25 people. A motivator and people development oriented.
Excellent knowledge in Instrumentation engineering (field instruments and control & shutdown systems).
Familiar with industry codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, IEC, etc.) and classification society rules and regulations.
Understanding of the scope and requirement of FPSO projects in relation to Instrumentation, ICSS, and Telecommunications.
Passionate about continuous improvement and development of work processes.
Autonomous, English speaker, quick learner.
