What You’ll Do

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: At least 5 years in talent acquisition. Exposure to data analytics, process optimization, and vendor management preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring channel dynamics. - Systems and Reporting: Ensure meticulous maintenance of recruitment records and HR information systems, producing accurate data reports and recruitment analytics for management review and continuous process enhancement.
- Administrative Excellence: Uphold high standards in documentation, compliance, and timeliness across all recruitment and HR activities, supporting the broader HR function's effectiveness.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required to provide a solid theoretical foundation for this role.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (such as CIPD or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience or academic exposure to recruitment processes and candidate management would be beneficial.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying current with recruitment trends and best practices is highly valued.

- Assist in implementing employee referral programs and recruitment marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors
- Strong background in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage candidates effectively
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines
- Passion for sustainable practices and renewable energy
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are desirable
