What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead end-to-end hiring strategy across functions, ensuring speed, quality, and culture fit in every hire

The Right Fit Has.

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Proven success in scaling hiring in fast-growing, high-performance environments
  • Strong exposure to hiring for technical, product, and/or leadership roles
  • Experience with modern ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment automation tools
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving ability

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring in the Southeast Asia region or other multicultural markets
  • Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent analytics
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing, structured hiring, or bar-raising methodologies
  • A passion for startups, scale-ups, or building teams from 0 to 1

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the diverse and fast-moving APAC landscape. From initial stakeholder intake to pre-onboarding, you will be the driving force behind every hire.
  • Conduct in-depth intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to rapidly understand critical job requirements and forge aggressive search strategies.
  • Manage a high volume of candidates, shortlisting with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and track hiring metrics
  • Manage external relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors
  • Strong background in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage candidates effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines
  • Passion for sustainable practices and renewable energy
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are desirable

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and evaluating top talent across functions. From engineering to operations to AI, the people you bring in will directly impact how fast and how far we grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the gatekeeper of talent quality - reviewing CVs, profiles, and portfolios to identify high-potential candidates who align with our team’s culture and values.
  • Source actively and creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, events, and beyond.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, and interview plans.
  • Conduct insightful phone screens and first-stage interviews that go beyond surface-level answers.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience - timely updates, honest communication, and human connection.
  • Track and optimize hiring pipelines using modern tools and structured processes.
  • Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for tech, AI, or digital product roles
  • Exposure to international recruitment and/or regional hiring across ASEAN
  • Familiarity with behavioral and situational interviewing techniques
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Understanding of startup/scale-up hiring challenges
