We're on the hunt for a sales-driven and analytical Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn content into conversations, leads into customers, and campaigns into real revenue.

In this role, you’ll craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives that directly support our sales goals, from B2B lead generation to paid campaigns, from event execution to email nurturing. You’ll work closely with the sales team to align messaging, track performance, and refine the funnel with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize and execute sales-focused marketing campaigns across digital and physical platforms

Drive qualified traffic through SEO/SEM and optimize website performance with analytics

Run targeted paid ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok to attract B2B leads

Plan and manage B2B email marketing journeys that warm leads for sales handoff

Collaborate closely with sales to align messaging and accelerate deal cycles

Organize both physical and online events that generate demand and brand authority

Create/edit short-form video content and marketing visuals for campaigns

Maintain and update the company website (experience with Wix or WordPress is a bonus)

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or tech/engineering sectors

Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion-focused strategies

Confident in running digital ads and analyzing campaign performance

Familiar with marketing tools (e.g, Canva, Beefree, Pally and others)

Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Monitor performance metrics across all channels and contribute to continuous optimisation to improve ROI and lead generation outcomes. Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads through strategic partnerships. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, influencers, and referral partners who align with brand values and target audiences. Create compelling campaigns, track campaign performance, and optimise partner activities using performance metrics. Partnership: Establish and grow strategic partnerships that amplify brand reach, unlock new customer segments, and drive mutual business value. Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with ecosystem partners including platforms, fintechs, startups, and industry associations to co-create campaigns, joint offerings, referrals, and go-to-market initiatives. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into campaign outcomes, funnel progression, and marketing’s contribution to revenue and pipeline growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies. Event Marketing: Support the organisation of webinars, trade shows, product demos, and other offline or hybrid marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or sales role. At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CEP, CRM, etc). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Independent and self-starter. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred (nice To Have)

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech industry. Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools.

Managing NV social media channel and community page Work with outside community pages admin/ moderator Manage HQ content Local content creation Develop relevant content topics with the community Organizing community gathering/ events Media & KOL Management

Identifying relevant media/ KOL in the industry Build and maintain relationship with media and KOL, including providing them with necessary support and resources Reaching out to media/ KOL to establish partnerships, collaborations or sponsorship opportunities Organizing media/ KOL launch events Marketing Support

Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns when necessary Conduct market research to gather insights when necessary Compiling reports for HQ when necessary Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations or a related field Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency Proven track record in developing and executing strategies that drive engagement and growth Strong familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., FB, IG, TT, X, YT, Telegram, LinkedIn) and community management platforms (e.g., Discord, Forum, FB Group, etc.) Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) for scheduling, monitoring and analytics Tracking and analyzing social and community growth, engagement and sentiment Basic experience with content creation tools (graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing Software, etc.) Solid experience working with external parties; influencers, content creators, forum/ community admin, etc. Skills
