Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data. Familiarity with marketing automations and targeting strategies. Creative thinking and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to reach diverse audiences. Willing to undertake a 3-month attachment in Singapore. Job Description
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid digital campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
Manage A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversions.
Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, budget allocation, and ROI tracking across channels.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, and present insights to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Telemarketers) to align digital efforts with business goals.
Optimise content and SEO strategies for long-term lead generation.
Stay updated with platform trends and suggest new channels or tools to improve performance.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in performance marketing or lead generation.
Proven experience in running and optimizing ads across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Malay and English (a plus).
Ability to work with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
Experience in marketing agencies, e-commerce, partner management, or dropshipping is a plus.
