Build a strong system engineering team from scratch in MRDC, including GBS, ODC teams, and lab setup. Lead MRDC CGSE team’s development and operations across validation, debug, power, and performance functions. Deliver solid system solutions within aggressive project schedules. Advocate AMD execution culture and lead the team to figure out innovative solutions relentlessly. Collaborate with CGSE global team, especially Shanghai R&D Center (SRDC), to align development strategy, training plan, execution culture, and priority calls. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key MRDC leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure effective operation. Preferred Experience
15+ years of extensive experience in system design and development, with 10+ years in management. Strong technical breadth and depth, with expertise in system‑level or SOC/IP level validation, performance and power optimization, or driver/firmware development. Strong sense of ownership and hold the team accountable for project deliverables. Proven track record of motivating a team, taking responsibilities, and communicating effectively. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience. Experience in managing design technical team in delivering IP/SS logic/RTL design from uArchitecture to physical implementation, with experience on industry EDA tool such as LINT, CDC, PT-STA, Fishtail, Power UPF etc Good knowledge of PCIe/CXL or high-speed serial interface protocol, such as USB or Ethernet. Knowledge on FPGA background would be a plus. Highly motivated individual, self starter with strong leadership & team player with good communication skill. Job Type:
