Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MES, factory systems, or manufacturing process automation.

Preferred

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, system integration, and data flow between MES, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.

Proven track record in driving cross-functional digital or process improvement projects.

Proficient in data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and automation concepts.

Experience leading or governing technical councils, forums, or steering committees is a strong advantage.
