Your day at NTT DATA
As a Senior Services Architect at NTT DATA, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to design Managed Services solutions across multiple technology domains. Your role is crucial in creating competitive, secure, and multi-year viable solutions, making you a key player in our value co-creation process with clients, sales, and delivery teams.
You will guide a virtual team of domain experts to develop secure service solutions, integrating technology and service design to meet client requirements. You'll work across multiple teams to validate new design features and delivery models, ensuring our service offerings remain cutting-edge and market competitive.
Your Responsibilities include leading the service design deliverables and interfacing with various teams and partners to ensure supportability. You'll be involved in mapping client requirements against proposed service elements and architectures, developing a consolidated statement of requirements, scope, and transition documents.
Supporting sales teams, you'll present architecture solutions that focus on cost savings and uncover growth opportunities for clients. You'll also share client outcomes and market conditions with stakeholders to help evolve our strategies and develop innovative solutions for the future, mentoring and coaching along the way.
You will manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth service delivery transitions. Your role will be critical in identifying all service costs, populating cost models accurately, and securing signoffs from relevant stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
Advanced knowledge of Managed Services and delivery models, including cloud and global distributed delivery models. Certification in TOGAF advantageous. Proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services. Advanced knowledge of emerging technological trends, Managed Services Integration, Cloud Network Services, and platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. Strong background in Managed Network Services , including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking. Ability to work with costing models alongside sales and finance stakeholders.

- Familiarity with network security principles and technologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead virtual architecture teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications such as TOGAF , Cisco (CCNP/CCIE) , cloud network certifications are add advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field.
- Solution Design: Develop competitive, innovative, and complex Managed Network solutions tailored to client needs.
- Architecture Development: Create multi-year, scalable, and secure network architectures that align with business goals.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Cost Modeling: Build and validate business cases, including detailed cost models for proposed solutions.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with technology vendors to ensure solution components are viable and supportable.
- Documentation: Prepare architecture blueprints, statements of work, and transition plans.
- Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking) and incorporate them into solution designs.
- 8+ years of experience in network architecture or related roles.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-grade network solutions.
- Experience in global delivery models and multi-vendor environments .

As a Senior Services Architect at NTT DATA, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to design Managed Services solutions across multiple technology domains. To thrive in this role, you need to have:
Advanced knowledge of Managed Services and delivery models, including cloud and global distributed delivery models. Certification in TOGAF advantageous. Proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services. Advanced knowledge of emerging technological trends, Managed Services Integration, Application development, Cloud Native Services, and platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. Ability to work with costing models alongside sales and finance stakeholders. Analytical abilities for thorough DATA analysis and problem-solving. Strong communication skills to articulate value and improvements to all levels of stakeholders. Ability to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless requirement discovery and solution presentation. A team-oriented mindset with the capability to contribute to both team and personal success, especially within a matrixed organization. A bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field.

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Services Sales Manager to join our Services business and to make a significant impact. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients. You will manage the services sales of our comprehensive range of secure power solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of secure power systems.
What will you do?
- To meet or exceed service Sales and Gross Margins targets.
- Drive solutions and digital services sales.
- Lead, manage and develop sales team.
- Develop and implement a robust and thorough sales process from lead generation to post sales.
- Communicate, measure and drive service sales strategy, working in close collaboration with Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Drive service order and sales reviews and forecasts and achieve accuracy targets.
- Execute and participate in service sales tenders.
- Drive and implement training programs to develop salesforce sales competencies.
- Execute training programs for service salesforce.
- Timely and accurate response to customers RFQ.
- Develop and manage customer’s relationship at all levels.
- Manage and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ sales experience, experience in Service Sales in UPS and Data Centre space will be preferred.
- Good technical skills and knowledge in Critical Power and Cooling equipment, mainly in Data Centre space.
- Experience in Digital Services and Managed Services will be a plus.
- Previous experience in Services and Recurring maintenance contract will be a key differentiator.
- Demonstrates excellence in communication at senior levels with key customers and partners, and maintain a high profile with the business community to establish SE’s credentials as a reputable business partner.
- Must be comfortable in presenting and liaising with partners and customers at multiple levels.
- Must be comfortable in developing relationships with senior business executives and management of major corporations and accounts.
- Demonstrates flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements of a multi-culture position.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift performance and meet targets/quotas when required.
- Ability and methodology to develop, mentor and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent business ethics and integrity.

Role
- Be a part of the expansion of Managed Services in Southeast Asia for leading local and regional accounts, working closely with Business Development
- This role blends traditional marketing expertise with advanced AI-driven capabilities to deliver personalized, data-informed, and scalable marketing strategies. The professional is expected to operate at the intersection of creativity, data, analytics, and technology.
- Responsible for leading and integrating, managing, integrating and optimizing internal and external marketing technology (MarTech) stack to enable insights and data-driven, automated and marketing strategies that drive business impact
- Deliver highly effective and efficient digital and integrated marketing strategies and programmes across all channels to acquire new profitable accounts and optimize portfolios for FIs, retailers and ecommerce, and governments
-Frame, package and design digital and integrated marketing solutions/products and manage delivery and execution from an end-to-end perspective to drive performance for clients
-Identify key pain points and deliver strategic value and growth to clients through strategic digital marketing projects
-Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for scale and impact
-Manage external agencies
-Manage clients and corresponding projects cadence and P&L
-Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively from inception through to project implementation and optimization
-Support and manage GTM strategies and programmes in key SEA markets
-Leverage artificial intelligence tools and data analytics to develop and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. Analyze consumer behavior, market trends as well as insights, and large datasets to personalize marketing efforts
-Design and implement AI-enhanced marketing strategies that align with business goals.
-Use predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast customer behavior and campaign performance. Leverage AI to create hyper-personalized experiences across digital touchpoints.
All About You
- BA required; MBA preferred
- Experience at a large issuing bank in Asia Pacific and/or other sophisticated payments markets; retailer experience a plus
- Performance and growth digital marketing experience in fintech and/or digital bank is beneficial
- Hands-on experience in designing and delivering large scale campaigns acquiring new customers and marketing to existing customers
- Comfortable in a remote managerial situation
- Acquainted with martech solutions
- Marketing consultancy experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
- Strong team player and able to work independently at the same time
- Travel required; approximately 50% (post covid)
