Job Description
- Perform clean area environmental monitoring (e.g. settling bacteria, dust particles, air volume, pressure difference, etc.).
- Conduct daily maintenance and regular verification of process water and process gas.
- Carry out product testing, including sterility, initial contamination bacteria, bacterial endotoxin, and EO residue testing.
- Inspect raw materials and inner packaging materials for initial contamination bacteria and insoluble particles.
- Manage microbiological and physical/chemical laboratories, including testing instruments, reagents, records, inventory, maintenance, and calibration.
- Perform microbial sampling, testing, data recording, statistical analysis, and ensure accuracy and completeness of test reports.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment in good condition through routine upkeep.
- Record and report quality issues identified during testing, participate in analysis and verification.
- Support other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or above in Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Relevant working experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of biochemical laboratory testing experience, with proficiency in molecular biology experiments (preferred).
- Familiar with sterility testing and standardized microbial testing operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, hands-on experimental skills, and willingness to learn.
- Familiar with laws and regulations related to sterility requirements of medical devices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must hold a professional certificate approved by the relevant authority (special cases can be approved by direct leaders).
