Tanggungjawab Utama:

1. Pemeriksaan Kenderaan – untuk memastikan keadaannya selamat untuk melakukan kerja dan juga memastikan semua peralatan keselamatan, baju hujan dan lain-lain berada dalam kenderaan.
2. Mendapatkan Jadual Kerja Harian daripada Penyelia dan ketua kawasan kebersihan tanpa sebarang kelewatan.
3. Memastikan keselamatan pekerja-pekerja, harta benda awam dan pejalan-pejalan kaki semasa menjalankan tugas.
4. Menjalankan kerja-kerja kebersihan mengikut jadual dan laluan yang telah ditetapkan.

Keperluan Pematuhan:

1. Pastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan tempatan dan semua peraturan dan garis panduan berkanun lain yang berkaitan, serta semua yang berkaitan dengan polisi dan prosedur Kumpulan Syarikat.
2. Bertanggungjawab untuk menentukan keperluan berkaitan ketersediaan maklumat, kerahsiaan dan integriti.

Pengurusan Kualiti:

1. Bertanggungjawab mengekalkan 5S pengemasan yang baik, kerja berpasukan yang betul dan penyelarasan antara semua jabatan lain dalam mencapai pematuhan kepada Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti, Persekitaran, Kesihatan & Keselamatan Pekerjaan dan Anti Rasuah syarikat.
2. Bertanggungjawab untuk mengikuti dan melaksanakan arahan kerja daripada pihak atasan terdekat dan Pengurusan Tertinggi dari semasa ke semasa.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out necessary inspections & monitoring to check for compliance with the requirements of EMP, EIA & EMR, established procedures & any other requirements from the authorities;
• Identify potential sources of pollution & propose appropriate mitigation plans & supervise corrective measures to take;
• Investigate any environmental incident/accident if there is any occurrence;
• Record daily reports on environmental issues;
• Keep abreast of all current & new legislation, code of practice pertaining to environmental activities;
• Coordinate all aspects of pollution control, waste management & recycling programs;
• Ensure all scheduled waste management is in accordance with requirements;
• Coordinate & facilitate with relevant authorities who have jurisdiction on environmental compliance to DOE, NREB;
• Documentation for ISO 14001.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health Safety) or equivalent;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written);
• Familiar with Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 14001:2015 & Scheduled Waste Management;
• Possess a Competent CePSWaM registered with DOE is an added advantage.

• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Conduct internal & external audits of the IMS to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement ESG strategies in line with corporate objectives. Monitor and report on ESG performance, ensuring transparency and accountability. Coordinating and monitoring the ESG (SDG) reporting and data compilation.
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory, IMS, ESG reports and filings to regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Train employees on compliance, IMS, ESG policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring awareness and understanding across the organization.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with company law and corporate governance standards.
• Assist in corporate secretarial duties, including board resolutions and annual filings.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or other professional qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of integrated management principles, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and ESG).
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IMS (ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001) and ESG.
• Experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of company law and corporate governance standards.

Experience:

• IMS/ ESG: 2 years (Required)

• Defining and ensuring implementation of operating guidelines for the team;
• Formulate plan, allocate resources to meet the agreed contractual and financial targets under the existing long-term road maintenance contracts;
• Driving team performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time, as per the set contract, safety, and quality requirements;
• Ensuring delivery of technical solutions according to customer requirements;
• Driving development of processes/practices in Civil Engineering based on customer feedback;
• Providing engineering support for the road maintenance activities under the existing long-term road maintenance contracts and ensuring that the resources required to deliver the technical solutions are correctly accounted (e.g. the requirements for safety, technical competence, quality, schedule and cost);
• Assist in identifying, evaluating & recommending new Engineering technologies, equipment or systems to enhance the company’s operational efficiency;
• Ensuring that the engineering team is adequately resourced, developed, and equipped to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
• Civil Engineering with at least 7 years’ experience in road construction &/or maintenance;
• A registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia;
• Experience in preparing Engineering Designs & technical proposals for roads or highways & related Civil Engineering works;
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and execute effective KPI’s;
• Possess strong people management skills that create highly motivated individuals who work together as a team to execute a well-defined strategy.
