  • Monitor social conversations, trends, and competitor activity to proactively identify content opportunities or potential risks
  • Share regular insights and recommendations with the wider team to keep Clarks culturally relevant and community-first

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional written communication skills; including firm grasp of English grammar
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital community management (retail/fashion/footwear background preferred)
  • Proven experience of copy writing for social channel with strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for tone, trends, and detail
  • In depth knowledge of social media trends, concepts, best practices, and analytics
  • Organizational, Project Management, and Customer Relationship skills

  3. Support the development of integrated marketing and budget plans based on insights to meet business objectives.

Mandatory Experience and Qualifications

  2. Experience working with start-ups, eCommerce platforms, or FMCG is a plus.
  3. Hands-on experience with Performance marketing channels like Facebook ads, eCommerce Paid Search, Affiliate marketing (including influencer marketing).
  4. Familiarity with Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certification is a plus.

Job Description As a Social Commerce Executive , you will be managing a set of key accounts to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence using a combination of promotion planning, affiliate management and content marketing. Integrated into the Commerceplus Ecommerce growth framework, your responsibilities encompass:NETWORK | Collaborating closely with Affiliates, you'll find create long term relationships between brands and affiliates to grow product awareness and sales. You will set exciting affiliate commission plans, manage affiliates on marketplace and social channels, identify and nurture potential video and live affiliates. As the affiliate network grow, you will create exciting incentive programs and introduce different brands’ products to these affiliates. Growth for brands will come from a strong affiliate network, consistent communication and creating fun and exciting content and live experiences.PLAN | Organized, prompt and an eye for details, you will take ownership on the operational tasks across the brands and social commerce platforms assigned to you. An important task will be collaborating with Ecommerce team and brand owners to understand product features and selling points to create unique talking points. You will plan out and execute the livestream process, from Flow Preparation to Post Live Debrief. You will be developing quarterly sales forecasts and actionable promotion plans and budgets to deliver the targets.MARKET | At Commerceplus, Ecommerce is a blend of marketing and operational excellence. You will find interesting angles and ways to market the brands and products on Videos and Live. It’s also about putting the right products for the right platform. Organized, prompt and an eye for details, you will take ownership on the operational tasks across the brands and social commerce platforms assigned to the team.What success looks like
  • Growth across key metrics like Revenue, Viewer Retention, Viewing time, Affiliate network, CR%, engagement rate
  • Maintain a consistent brand performance and sales growth according to planned activities and campaigns
  • Having a deep working relationship with the team and brand marketers you work on
  • Brainstorming ideas, angles, fun content to communicate to audiences and bringing them into the brand’s universe.
  • Showing up every day with the mission in mind of growing and serving your clients and teammates in everything you do.
Job Requirements and Desired Skillsets
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Able to work Monday – Friday (On-site)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position or have experience selling in existing marketplaces
  • Experience in Shopee, TikTok and Lazada Seller Centers will be an added advantage
  • Results & details oriented, hands on attitude and passion are compulsory supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills, good presentation skills and Excel skills are an advantage
  • Strong desire to learn new skills as on the job coaching and training will be provided
  • Must love to work in a high growth startup environment.
