Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Create, publish, and manage engaging content across platforms including TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu (RED), and Douyin.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — the role requires creating content and engaging with audiences in both languages.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, platform algorithms, and social media best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and key brand milestones.

Content Creation

  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce original, engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.
  • Curate and create content to attract both job seekers and employers , ensuring a balance between entertainment and value.
  • Write clear and compelling captions, posts, and scripts that drive conversions and reach.

Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Analyze metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions) to gauge content performance.
  • Regularly report on social media performance and insights to suggest actionable improvements.
  • Test and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and audience growth.

Community Management

  • Keep the community engaged through interactive content like polls, Q&A sessions, and live videos.
  • Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and user interactions to foster a vibrant online presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales and product teams) to align content with company objectives.
  • Pitch and execute bold, fun, and creative campaigns that resonate with Hiredly’s audience.
  • Ideate strategies to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and loyalty .

What Success Looks Like?

  • Platform Growth : Consistent growth in followers, reach, and engagement across all platforms.
  • Conversions : Increased jobseeker sign-ups, employer inquiries, or other measurable leads through social content.
  • Engagement : Strong interaction rates (likes, shares, comments) and a thriving online community.

  • Translate complex data into engaging, actionable market updates through community interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and fostering community engagement, especially on Telegram
  • Deep knowledge of the fintech industry, with the ability to spot trends and opportunities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A second language such as French or Arabic is highly regarded
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and care
