Role and Responsibilities- Actively monitor and participate in conversations across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand voice.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen our online community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Track, analyse, and report on community engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Plan and execute online events, such as live Q&A sessions, webinars, and community challenges, to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
- Address and escalate any community issues or crises with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring a swift and appropriate response.
- Translate complex data into engaging, actionable market updates through community interactions.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and fostering community engagement, especially on Telegram
- Deep knowledge of the fintech industry, with the ability to spot trends and opportunities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A second language such as French or Arabic is highly regarded
- A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and care
