Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media profiles, and engaging with our online community. Daily tasks include monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with other marketing team members, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategy
- Understanding of Digital Marketing principles
- Proven ability to create and manage engaging content
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience or interest in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Native Indonesian that is based in Malaysia is a plus
- Have the skills to do video editing, graphic design and shoot content using a phone
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our creative team. - Oversee the creation of static posts, videos, Reels, TikTok content, and other social formats.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients to align social media activities with seasonal, quarterly, and campaign objectives.
- Audit and optimize social media accounts to improve audience reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Support performance marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display/Video, and other paid channels.
- Assist in campaign planning, from audience targeting and ad creative briefing to optimization and reporting.
- Work with the performance marketing team to analyze campaign results and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
