- Support the Malaysia Social team in executing integrated campaigns that drive mindshare, engagement, and social mentions across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and XiaoHongShu.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns with performance metrics in mind — CPM, CPE, Views, Engagement, Mentions, and more.
- Track and analyze performance using platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and X Ads Manager, delivering actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve strong ROI and meet business goals.
- Generate clear and insightful performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support the creation of impactful, on-brand content and social-first ideas that spark conversation and sharing.
- Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Commercial) and external partners to develop and execute integrated campaigns.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, focusing on social media platforms.
- Proficiency in META Ads Manager, X Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and driving measurable ROI through paid social media campaigns.
- Primarily focused on top- and mid-funnel strategies, with a strong grasp of audience targeting and engagement. A working understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion funnels is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visuals and messaging.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies and content.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and able toadapt to new trendsand emerging platforms quickly.

Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our creative team. This is a full-time position where you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content for multiple brands, while also supporting digital marketing campaigns such as performance marketing and ad management.
You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content across various platforms — primarily Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — and ensure our clients’ social presence drives measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities Social Media (Primary Scope)- Develop, plan, and manage monthly content calendars for clients across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu, etc.).
- Write engaging captions and propose creative concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Oversee the creation of static posts, videos, Reels, TikTok content, and other social formats.
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build relationships and brand trust.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep content relevant and innovative.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients to align social media activities with seasonal, quarterly, and campaign objectives.
- Audit and optimize social media accounts to improve audience reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Support performance marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display/Video, and other paid channels.
- Assist in campaign planning, from audience targeting and ad creative briefing to optimization and reporting.
- Work with the performance marketing team to analyze campaign results and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Similarweb) to track performance and provide insights.
- Contribute to the development of integrated digital marketing strategies combining organic and paid efforts.
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Required minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields.
