Job Description
As the Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing the daily F&B operations, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, you oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

- Operates restaurant with the purpose of optimizing profits by controlling expenses and building sales volume.

- Check on inventory control, ordering and purchases of all stock items and store room organization.

- Responsible for bank-in sales money.

Job Description
We are representing our client, which is in the F&B industry . As our client is expanding, they are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to manage a duty shift without supervision
- Manage assigned side duties & responsibilities well
- Able to train & motivate new servers or subordinates
- Always initiate new ideas & determine to improve
Job Requirements:
- Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably a Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
