Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, develop and maintain financial models for project-level and platform-level investments (cash flow, financing, IRR, NPV, sensitivities, etc)
- Conduct company/asset valuation analysis for operating assets (brownfield), greenfield projects, and strategic or opportunistic M&A opportunities
- Structure and negotiate deals and draft term sheets and transaction documents
