Lead the strategy, structure, and launch of Senang.io’s financial advisory arm (conventional & takaful). Design and enforce compliance procedures that meet BNM, SC, FIMM, and industry guidelines. Build and lead a licensed advisory team (unit trust, PRS, takaful, life insurance). Create SOPs for onboarding, KYC, client risk profiling, product suitability, and conflict-of-interest declarations. Collaborate with product, legal, tech, and commercial teams to embed compliance into digital journeys. Represent the company in regulator, insurer, or fund house meetings. Track and manage compliance KPIs, audit response, and advisor conduct. Job Requirements

Licensed and qualified to advise on both conventional and takaful products under BNM and SC. Holds relevant certifications: PCEIA, CEILI, TBE, UT/PRS modules, and CMSRL (as applicable). Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial advisory, compliance, or agency management. Deep knowledge of BNM and SC regulations and practical implementation in advisory workflows. Experience managing or building advisory teams (e.g., agency, tied, IFA, or digital advisory). Strong ethics, documentation habits, and attention to detail.
