Must have strong connections with Landlords.
Lead boldly and expand rapidly.
Deep knowledge of bakery production, foodservice operations, and consumer food trends.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
Demonstrated success in scaling brands and managing multi-unit operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
