Guide operational teams in manpower planning and technical competencies required to effectively operate and maintain the bus systems. Develop and present annual budgets and operational plans to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services in alignment with the organization’s overall business objectives. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics. Build trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a similar field of study. MBA is highly preferred. Minimum twenty years of operations, commercial, strategy, and business management experience, preferably within the transportation industry. Prior experience leading a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) function, with a proven track record in optimizing asset performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency across complex transportation or industrial systems. Familiarity with handling engineering transformation initiatives. Proven track record in providing strategic direction, planning, and establishing priorities that maximize productivity and achieve goals. Strong business acumen, influential, operations process-driven, and focused on driving operations excellence. Ability to lead processes to establish all relevant statutory authority requirements and risk mitigation for smooth local authority approvals. Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior managerial positions. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving corporate governance, operational excellence, business expansion, and stakeholder confidencesteering the company towards sustainable long-term growth and post-listing success. Key Responsibilities Lead the organizations transformation into a corporate structure, in alignment with pre- and post-listing goals. Define and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and innovation. Oversee all aspects of business operations including R&D, engineering, project management, sales, manufacturing, and service. Strengthen internal processes, compliance, and governance in line with public listing requirements. Lead, mentor, and build a strong executive team and company culture that supports high performance and accountability. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, investors, clients, and key industry stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and regional/global expansion potential. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the automation and F&B manufacturing space. What we're looking for Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
or related field (Masters degree or MBA is a plus). Proven track record
in a senior leadership role (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, COO) within the
automation machinery ,
industrial engineering , or
F&B processing equipment
sectors. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation technologies, and industrial manufacturing processes. Experience leading business transformation and scaling operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, profitability, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen with a data-driven and strategic mindset. Willing to be based in
