Key Responsibilities Lead the organizations transformation into a corporate structure, in alignment with pre- and post-listing goals. Define and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and innovation. Oversee all aspects of business operations including R&D, engineering, project management, sales, manufacturing, and service. Strengthen internal processes, compliance, and governance in line with public listing requirements. Lead, mentor, and build a strong executive team and company culture that supports high performance and accountability. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, investors, clients, and key industry stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and regional/global expansion potential. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the automation and F&B manufacturing space. What we're looking for Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

or related field (Masters degree or MBA is a plus). Proven track record

in a senior leadership role (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, COO) within the

automation machinery ,

industrial engineering , or

F&B processing equipment

sectors. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation technologies, and industrial manufacturing processes. Experience leading business transformation and scaling operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, profitability, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen with a data-driven and strategic mindset. Willing to be based in
