**Job Summary:**
Be a key technical engineering resource for all digital projects, including the new cloud brokering initiatives, cloud migration, system expansion, system refits, and cloud integrations with new and existing system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Design, present, develop and implement end user or enterprise Cloud Service of significant complexity according to customer requirements in accordance with global standards and in line with client Security standard.
· Consultancy for internal and client teams and key person for projects and initiatives e.g. enabling new cloud service AWS Azure, service improvement, operations excellence, etc.
· Collaborate daily with global team members and other IT teams to implement new capabilities
· Implement and maintain high quality documentation.
· Establish and recommend policies on system use and services, help define offerings, KPIs, monitoring, and overall management of the services.
· Provide on-call coverage during working hours as part of a rotation, as well as periodic rostered weekend on-call support. Travel occasionally to other offices in ASPAC region.
**Job Requirements:**
· Experience in Cloud technologies implementation. Azure Iaas, Paas services. AWS compute and storage, networking technologies.
· Excellent Knowledge in application migrations from on premises to cloud. Lift and shift replatform.
· OS system administration skills, Windows/Red Hat hands on experience. Linux skills or better, although certifications are not required.
· Strong understanding of web technology, virtualization, container and cloud-based technologies e.g Network Load Balancing, VMWare, Docker, AWS Azure platform.
· Solid knowledge of various IT domains such as servers, storage, network, middleware, IT Security etc.
· Experience in IT platforms operations management.
· Proven working experience of Red Hat OpenShift Containerization & Orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker

Senior Azure Engineer

to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting and evolving our clients’ Azure environments to ensure performance, security, and scalability while mentoring the next generation of cloud engineers. Your Core Responsibilities

Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. Identify and analyze trends or problems within customer environments. Design and implement permanent fixes through appropriate change processes. Document solutions and share knowledge within the internal knowledge base. Mentor and support junior engineers, serving as a senior escalation point. Lead client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and SOW compliance. Facilitate client workshops to uncover improvement opportunities. Drive the development of innovative solutions to enhance customer environments. What You Bring To The Team

Expertise in Azure Cloud Infrastructure :

Strong hands-on experience with IaaS (Compute, Network, Storage) and PaaS. Proven background in Cloud Migrations and Transformations. Experience implementing Cloud Landing Zones and applying the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF). Solid knowledge of Cloud Governance, Security, and Compliance best practices. Understanding of SecOps (e.g., Defender for Cloud) and CostOps principles.

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

Ability to enforce strong architectural standards. Act as a key escalation point, offering guidance and oversight to the team. Proven experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on Azure across all environments (dev to prod).

Desirable Skills

Linux administration and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS. Experience working with automation, scripting, and DevOps pipelines.
