We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Information Security & Cloud Compliance Specialist to lead our organization's journey towards ISO/IEC 27001 certification and strengthen our overall cloud and internal IT security posture. This role will be pivotal in building and maintaining our Information Security Management System (ISMS), managing IT asset governance, and addressing client security compliance requirements.
You will also be responsible for guiding and supervising a junior executive, who will support the implementation and daily management of our internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- ISO/IEC 27001 Implementation & Governance
- Lead the planning and execution of ISO/IEC 27001 implementation across the organization
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and drive remediation efforts
- Develop and maintain ISMS policies, procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement and monitor security controls
- Prepare for internal audits and manage external certification activities
2. Cloud Security & Governance
- Define and implement security controls across cloud platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud Platform)

- Work with DevOps/Infra teams to enforce secure cloud deployment practices
- Monitor cloud environments for potential threats and respond to security incidents

4. Client Security Compliance & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for client security reviews and due diligence requests

- Provide documentation and assurance aligned with ISO 27001, PDPA, and other industry frameworks
5.Security Monitoring & Incident Response
- Develop and maintain incident response plans, including investigation, reporting, and corrective actions
- Monitor security events and coordinate incident response activities with internal teams
- Maintain security logs, reports, and metrics for audits and continual improvement
- Supervise and mentor a junior executive supporting policy enforcement, documentation, and control tracking

Qualifications

Support proactive security solution architecture for identified areas based on Business, Domain, or Risk needs.
Conduct comprehensive security architecture design reviews and technical assessments.
8 + years of experience in information security/cybersecurity with foundational knowledge of general application, cloud, and network security concepts.
Strong knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including Information security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Strong Technical Skills with an engineering background.
Foundational knowledge of risk management principles including identifying risks and solutions/remediations for minimizing.
Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner.
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge of audit standards, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST Cyber, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, EU GDPR, PCI and Cyber Essentials framework

Participate on various projects & initiatives across Dell providing security guidance & direction while ensuring adherence to Dell’s security policies & standards.
Define security requirements while engaging directly with stakeholders within Dell’s Business Units and the Information Technology organizations to ensure products, services and solutions are designed to adhere to those requirements across Dell’s various environments.
Consult with internal customers like architects, developers, system engineers, project managers and more and provide practical consulting guidance in identifying and mitigating all security risks for the related infrastructure and application security.
Investigate complex, and sometimes historic practices/solutions to determine gaps and needed improvements and facilitate migration to a preferred state.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of engagements performed, solutions provided, and risks and/or issues identified .
Develop architectural artifacts and proactive solution architecture to solve for complex business problems based on yearly roadmap planning, incoming security work and domain needs.
Document security solutions for gaps in business standards that have been identified during internal client engagements.
Identify use cases and business needs for architectural artifacts and ensure stakeholder approval through an Architecture Peer Review Board.
Support proactive security solution architecture for identified areas based on Business, Domain, or Risk needs.
Conduct comprehensive security architecture design reviews and technical assessments.
8 + years of experience in information security/cybersecurity with foundational knowledge of general application, cloud, and network security concepts.
Strong knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including Information security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Strong Technical Skills with an engineering background.
Foundational knowledge of risk management principles including identifying risks and solutions/remediations for minimizing.
Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner.
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge of audit standards, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST Cyber, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, EU GDPR, PCI and Cyber Essentials framework
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Information Security Certification(s) – e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
