Provision, support and maintain our customer's cloud and on-premise environments and Sitecore products

Implement and maintain tools for logging and reporting
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in non-production and production environments
Respond to service disruptions while maintaining SLA uptime
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation along with our other engineers. Will need to carry laptop when on-call and have internet and phone access

What You Need to Succeed
