We’re looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented individual to bring our brand stories to life across social media platforms. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our content creation and campaign execution — from crafting engaging posts to coordinating with influencers and keeping campaigns running smoothly. If you love social media, have a knack for content editing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment, this role is for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uploading and scheduling posts on IG / TikTok / XHS / Facebook
- Writing captions and basic copy, monitoring content performance
- Supporting short video shooting (BTS, product highlights, lifestyle content)
- Uploading visuals for campaigns, product launches, and live stream event
- Using Canva / CapCut / InShot to do simple content editing
- Assisting during photoshoots (setting up props, capturing behind-the-scenes)
- Track & report basic social media stats (views, likes, shares)
- Contacting KOLs/KOCs on XHS, TikTok, and IG
- Assisting in message drafts, sample coordination, and tracking replies
- Coordinate sample sending, deadlines, and reposting user content
- Maintaining a KOL/KOC campaign tracking sheet
2. Campaign & File Coordination:
- Acting as the link between designer, photographer, and marketing team
- Submit visuals to platforms or marketing and ads teams
- Receive, rename, organize and upload campaign files and creative material
- Ensure deadlines and handovers are smooth and on time
- Helping manage online ads (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and compiling basic performance data
- Familiar with social platforms like XHS, TikTok, IG
- Understand basic Chinese & English (for captioning and communicating with KOLs/KOCs)
- Basic skills in Canva or video editing apps (or willing to learn)
- Detail-oriented, good at follow-up, and organized with files & messages
- A positive, helpful team player who loves content & communication
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading & writing)
- Experience communicating with influencers or managing seeding campaigns
- Passionate about lifestyle, beauty, or home-related content
- Familiarity with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop
