Content Creation & Social Media Intern
Kuala Lumpur | 3–6 months | RM700/month
About the Role:
Join us at Sodaco Sdn Bhd as a Content & Social Media Intern You'll create engaging content, manage our socials, and learn real skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. If you love TikTok, Instagram, and telling stories through visuals, this is for you.
What You'll Do:
* Create content (videos, graphics, captions) for IG, TikTok, FB, and LinkedIn
* Engage with our online community
* Support campaigns and track social media performance
* Spot trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent in BM and English
* Skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe, mobile apps) and design (Canva, Photoshop a plus)
* Team player, good communicator, not shy to be on camera
* Organized, curious about analytics, and willing to travel around Klang Valley for shoots
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related

The Role
As our Social Media Designer & Content Creator, you will design standout graphics, produce captivating visual content, and elevate our social media presence. Your creativity will directly shape how learners interact with and perceive our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling graphics, infographics, illustrations, and social media visuals
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, GIFs, carousels) tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align content strategies
- Maintain consistency across all social media visuals, adhering to brand guidelines
- Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to our digital storytelling
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Artist, Self-taught Creative or Social Media Content Creator (active social media accounts and/or portfolio required)
- Creative-first approach with strong visual storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, or similar tools
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Experience or interest in the education/e-learning sector
- Basic video editing and animation skills
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Graphic Design
Minimum Infrastructure Requirements:
- Reliable internet (Minimum 30 Mbps)
- Computer: Windows 10 or above with 8 GB RAM minimum

- Starting salary ($450–$500 USD per month based on experience)
