Overview

We are seeking a Performance Media & Social Strategy Manager to lead digital media planning and performance strategy across key accounts. This role combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on media planning expertise, with a focus on delivering measurable results through social and performance channels.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee campaign performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs such as ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Biddable Hub Leads and the buying team to ensure adherence to SOPs, proactively address challenges, and implement resolutions.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide execution teams with strategic guidance, best practices, and proactive support in resolving platform-related queries.
  • Regularly update Biddable Leads on campaign performance, ensuring timely and actionable communication across teams.
  • Translate campaign insights and observations into impactful presentations and forward-looking strategies.
  • Design and execute structured experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to understand consumer behavior, category trends, and challenges, translating insights into effective media solutions.
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and buying teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and strategic recommendations to support ongoing performance growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted media advisor.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ experience in digital media planning and performance marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong expertise in paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and familiarity with performance channels (programmatic, SEM, eCommerce media).
  • Solid understanding of digital measurement, attribution, and optimization frameworks.
  • Proven ability to craft data-driven strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication and client servicing skills, with the ability to present strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience managing large regional or global accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor and manage social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to generate content ideas.
  • Support paid social media campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills; basic design/editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in digital marketing.

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok. This role involves developing strategic social media plans that align with our brand and product objectives, creating engaging content, and conducting market research to inform operational strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management : Oversee daily operations and content updates for all company social media platforms.

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement social media operation strategies and content planning to enhance brand awareness and influence.

Content Creation : Edit and publish diverse marketing and promotional copy, enriching social media content to increase user engagement and fan activity.

Online Engagement : Organize and manage online Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions and panel discussion to strengthen brand influence and community interaction.

Market Research : Conduct market research to collect and analyze competing products and industry-related data, providing insights for operational strategy formulation.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, journalism, English, or related fields is preferred.

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the blockchain, Web 3, and cryptocurrency industries; experience in crypto exchanges is a plus.

Experience : 2-3 years of experience in social media operations, with priority given to candidates who have demonstrated successful operational cases. Proficiency in Twitter operations are highly valued.

Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Chinese as working languages.

Skills : Proficiency in managing major social media platforms and strong copywriting skills.
