Creative Solutioning Manager, Advisors Creative Desk
Overview
The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally.
The Advisors Creative Desk ("ACD") sits within Services and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
The Solutioning vertical within ACD is focused on working closely with SBLs, CA&E product and commercialization leads, and Marketing Services leads to define the client opportunities for new CA&E engagements, securing business growth. The Solutioning vertical supports in driving more value and through Creative-powered Marketing Services solutions for clients and identifying new incremental revenue generating opportunities to grow the overall profitability of the business, driving 3rd party cost avoidance.

Role
The Creative Solutioning role within ACD focus on ensuring Mastercard's in-house creative services are scoped and positioned effectively for client needs, avoiding third-party cost exposure, and creating smooth entry points into new areas for our services. The role is also responsible for composing sophisticated solutions for key clients to include creative solutions as part of a broader Mastercard Services bundle.
Lead the scoping of project briefs from Marketing Services and other internal stakeholders, defining deliverables, timelines, and costings to ensure alignment and prevent third-party cost exposure.
Act as a core partner with Marketing Services and Sales, bridging among other internal teams and clients when required, ensuring alignment and smooth project setup from the outset.
In tandem with Creative Strategists: review, analyze and present clear and strategic recommendations to deliver result-driven marketing solutions powered by creatives.
Support ACD's entry into new markets by shaping engagement strategies, monitoring early project execution, and embedding ACD as a trusted partner in these regions.
Prepare and deliver monthly stakeholder reports that combine quantitative metrics with qualitative updates (e.g., case studies, internal initiatives) to showcase ACD's impact and progress.
Support ACD APAC Leadership on strategic initiatives such as internal enablement, awareness campaigns, and process improvements that elevate ACD's integration within Mastercard.
Success metrics include: Third Party Costs Avoided, ACD penetration within Marketing Services, Stakeholder Engagement and Satisfaction, impactful creative-powered MS solutions
Serve as the trusted deputy of the APAC Creative Solutioning Lead in driving the overall growth, positioning, and adoption of ACD services across the region.

**Purpose**
Reporting into the Design Excellence & Operations Lead AMEA, you will lead Design Operations for the AMEA region, ensuring that global design standards, systems, and processes are implemented efficiently and consistently across all brands and markets. You will play a visible and influential role, representing the global design mission and driving partners and teams to deliver with quality, speed, and precision. You will enable seamless, scalable, and high-performing design operations - championing best practice, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring every execution upholds brand standards and reflects strategic design intent.
**Accountabilities**
**Governance and partner management**
+ Drive the effective management of AMEA Artwork and Pre-Press Partners, ensuring strong relationships, clarity of responsibilities, and full alignment with global design standards and best practice processes.
+ Deliver regular reports, tracking and analysing Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Act as an accountable regional contact point for global design operations, ensuring AMEA requirements and challenges are represented in global forums.
+ Partner across the full design ecosystem (design to shelf) - from strategic design to adaptive and executional partners.
**Executional excellence**
+ Lead the seamless transition from approved design through artwork, pre-press, and print execution, ensuring flawless delivery of brand touchpoints, with a specific focus on 2D packaging.
+ Champion and apply best practice design operations methodologies to simplify, standardise, and optimise workflows across the region.
+ Manage colour accuracy, print quality, and material standards, ensuring visual consistency across substrates and packaging formats.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical or process challenges that could affect execution quality or timelines.
+ Support the implementation of new tools or process enhancements that improve effectiveness, efficiency and consistency across markets.
**Brand consistency and quality management**
+ Safeguard global and local brand design integrity across all consumer touchpoints, acting as a quality leader and excellence advocate to ensure accuracy and consistency when translating strategic design intent across markets and categories.
+ Champion colour management standards and maintain oversight of brand consistency across multiple markets and categories.
**Collaboration, leadership and capability building**
+ Work collaboratively across regional marketing, procurement, R&D, and design partners to embed operational excellence as a shared responsibility.

**Requirements**
