What You'll Be Doing:
- Create and Ideate : Develop content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, emails, blog articles, video scripts, storyboards, and more.
- Research and Strategize : Conduct interviews with business leaders and customers to uncover insights and craft compelling messaging aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate : Work closely with account managers, digital marketers, and designers to deliver high-quality, impactful content.
- Campaign Analysis : Monitor performance metrics and use data to guide content strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
- Client Communication : Prepare reports, craft proposals, and present ideas to clients confidently.
- Proofread and Perfect : Edit and refine copy based on feedback to ensure it meets both internal and client expectations.
- Video Production Support : Manage talents, coordinate with clients during video shoots, and handle on-the-spot adjustments.
- Social Listening : Monitor competitors and trends to proactively enhance your creative work.
- Influencer Marketing : Identify and manage collaborations with social influencers across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu, ensuring seamless execution of influencer deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in a digital or social media agency.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English (Mandarin or BM is a plus)
- Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and Douyin.
- Experience with social media content, digital campaigns, and basic reporting
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Familiar with current trends, meme culture, and local influencer marketing
- Bonus if you’ve managed influencer collabs, boosted posts, or video production
