Experience in Business Analysis and Consulting Projects, including operating model design, process re-engineering, business case creation, AI/OPS/service assurance use cases, OSS applications assessment, data analysis, and visualization (Power BI, Tableau). OSS Tools ecosystem knowledge (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Nokia NetAct, HPSM, Netcool, Blue Planet, Cramer, etc.). Experience in private network use case identification, prioritization, and monetization (on-premises and cloud). Transformation & Project Governance experience; Lean concepts and Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, MS Projects, VersionOne). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills; ability to work with mid-level to senior client leadership and manage multiple stakeholders. Educational background: Bachelor's/Master's in engineering (or equivalent) plus MBA preferred; 8–12 years of progressive business/telecom/consulting experience. Analytical, problem-solving, and written/spoken communication skills; experience with Digital, Cloud, core modernization, and AI/ML strategies is a plus. The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and to local patrons. As part of the Marketing and Communication team, this role is fully connected into resources in their region; Marketing and Communication Managers liaise and build deep partnerships with their regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to verify all local, social, and digital marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the selling efforts for the organization. - Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, Director of Marketing Communications, and cluster marketing and ecommerce teams.
- Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
- Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
- Manages F&B media schedules and verifies prompt settlement of accounts.
- Partners with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading, verifying advertisement targeting is correctly directed at relevant consumer groups
- Executes email marketing, and display advertising.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing, designing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results Ensuring that plans, content and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, trade shows, digital, customer events, etc. Collaborating across teams and different stakeholders to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication including thought leadership, surveys, and client success stories. Collaborating across teams and different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities Acting as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions Working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise online and offline marketing and communications activities and develop supporting assets Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing/ business administration or any related field At least 10 years of B2B marketing experience in a similar role Must be able to think analytically and strategically A track record in developing, executing and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel Strong knowledge of Pardot, content development, SEO and SEM A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous Exceptional verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently in a matrix organisation Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. Oversee campaign performance tracking, leveraging market insights, competitor intelligence, and campaign analytics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing return on marketing investment (ROMI). Support the execution of brand-led events, product exhibitions, sponsorships, and other experiential marketing programs to engage consumers and elevate brand perception.
