JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing, designing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results
- Ensuring that plans, content and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
- Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, trade shows, digital, customer events, etc.
- Collaborating across teams and different stakeholders to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication including thought leadership, surveys, and client success stories.
- Collaborating across teams and different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
- Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
- Acting as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions
- Working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise online and offline marketing and communications activities and develop supporting assets
- Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing/ business administration or any related field
- At least 10 years of B2B marketing experience in a similar role
- Must be able to think analytically and strategically
- A track record in developing, executing and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel
- Strong knowledge of Pardot, content development, SEO and SEM
- A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
- Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently in a matrix organisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders

Manage brand equity
- Develop market research parameters to identify market awareness and brand association
- Develop strategies to enhance brand reputation and achieve positive brand equity
- Develop communication plans for brand guidelines
- Manage the design and performance of organisation's website and digital and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency
- Manage actions to mitigate reputation risk exposure based on business impact analyses
- Develop market research plans and review research findings to support the development of marketing strategies and plans
- Review potential target markets for market segmentation
- Propose marketing channels to reach target customers and market segments
- Develop strategies to utilise website, and digital and social media platforms for marketing and public relations and to increase e-commerce traffic and brand's presence
- Formulate data-driven commercial insights to support the development of marketing plans
- Liaise with key stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and plans
- Develop design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns across traditional, digital and social mediaplatforms
- Develop marketing campaign plans that are aligned with brand and marketing strategies
- Conceptualise marketing collaterals according to marketing themes and review editorial content, design layout and printing specifications for production
- Monitor production and distribution of marketing collaterals and paraphernalia

- Develop measures to enhance customer experience across traditional, digital and social media platforms and customer touch points
- Develop measures to improve future marketing campaigns based on identified areas of improvement
- Manage performance of vendors and creative agencies to ensure product and/or service delivery

- Implement customer engagement strategies via social media and digital platforms
- Review press releases and media kits for distribution to targeted media partners
- Draft replies and talking points for media queries
- Manage social media platforms to respond to negative or controversial comments
- Review marketing reports to monitor and report marketing achievements
- Support budget forecasting processes for the department
- Manage financial budgets in accordance with departmental work plans

Job Description
- To lease out the mall promotional or exhibition spaces, ad panels and push carts or kiosks for revenues.
- To provide conceptualization and design support for all mall wide events / promo / activities A&P collateral.
- To create and produce artwork for press advertisements, shopping guides, brochures, signages, banners, posters, mall directories, flyers, etc.
- To coordinate in uploading the approved contents, photos and relevant information to the mall's Website, Facebook and Social Media Applications. Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary.
- To handle visual presentation and set-up as per approved concept, design or theme.
- To assist in dismantling and removing of the visual displays, stage at the end of allotted time or events.
- To provide photography and video for all mall wide events / promo / activities.
- To plan, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing, promotion and thematic events to enhance the shopper traffic in the specific month( s ) as assigned by the superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising / Media / Art Design / Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 year( s ) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

The Role
- Supports the Marketing Communications Manager in planning of marketing activities as well as create/organize promotion activities to promote the resort’s products, service, facilities and promotions.
- Supports in the implementation and review of graphic standard in guest collaterals, sales collaterals and advertising execution to ensure that each items is in line with the PARKROYAL graphic standard and is validated by the Corporate Office.
- Provide support to the sales department by developing the resort sales tools including presentation file, corporate gift, multimedia tool etc. and ensuring the most appropriate communication of the resort, the product and the brand.
- Assist to develop and implement the collateral and promotional materials of the resort’s F&B outlets as well as actively promote the resort’s outlets into the market.
- Assist to manage e-Newsletter, Poster, Flyer, banner as well as update TV screens in guest rooms and LCD screen in the resort public areas.
- Support in partnership and joint promotions with credit cards companies, magazines, airlines, websites, mobile networks and business association.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with business associates, sponsors and guests.
- Supports the Marketing Communications Manager in conducting marketing survey for all F&B outlets throughout the year as planned and compile the report with marketing suggestion.
- Supports in analysis and evaluation of promotion and advertising as well as the marketing performance.
- Supports in maintaining the resort’s database including gathering more new potential, maintain the exiting as well as develop the database and the resort’s email marketing.

The Day-To-Day Activities
- Plan, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and implement channel marketing bundles, promotions, and marcom materials that support business growth and maximize marketing ROI.
- Oversee the marketing calendar, project timelines, and promotional schedules to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns using paid, owned, and earned media, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
- End-to-end responsibility for campaign ideation and timely delivery of all projects, such as brief templates, approvals, productions, sponsorships/partnerships, event management, reports, and so forth.
- Stay informed on competitor activities, market trends, and consumer/ business behaviour to develop data-driven marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Business, Marketing, or Advertising, with prior experience in the telco industry being a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, communication plans, and innovative campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, consumer insights, and behaviour.
- Passion for organizing branded events, with excellent project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
