Required experience:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing, preferably in enterprise tech
- Proven track record of creating content for enterprise buyers, particularly in the US market
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into compelling content for the enterprise audience
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
- Experience in content analytics and performance reporting
- Strategic mindset coupled with hands-on execution capabilities and a can-do attitude
- Strong project management skills
- Self-driven with excellent collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with:

You Must Have
Proven experience in multi-channel content strategy, with a strong emphasis on social, landing pages, and podcasting.
Excellent copywriting and scripting skills; you write like a human, not a template.
Working knowledge of SEO and website content strategy.
Confidence using and teaching AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and optimization.
Strong editorial leadership skills, including tone/voice development, playbooks, and mentoring.
Excellent async communication and collaboration skills using tools like Notion, Asana, and Slack.

We are looking for a strategic and creative Video Content Strategist / Creator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative ideation and project execution, especially in developing BAU (Business-As-Usual) content for client social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Pitching
- Lead content planning for client social media platforms including BAU (Business-As-Usual) and campaign-based content.
- Gather and analyze client briefs (marketing strategy, challenges, competitors, KPIs, budget).
- Craft tailored content strategies based on platform behavior (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Propose strategic content direction by format and channel to meet client objectives.
- Set clear KPIs and plan the content journey (concept to execution) across mediums: video, image, written, audio.
- Incorporate funnel-based planning and content pillars that support client marketing goals.
- Stay up to date on digital and social trends to inform creative content ideation.
Project Management (BAU Focus)
- Manage end-to-end execution of BAU content across client platforms.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules with internal and client teams.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Liaise with internal strategists, creatives, and production teams to ensure aligned deliverables.
- Act as the content point-of-contact for assigned clients, especially for ongoing social content needs.
- Address client feedback, revisions, and ad-hoc content requests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to manage expectations and approvals.
Video Content Production
- Participate in planning and execution of video shoots across multiple industries.
- Operate filming equipment and contribute to art direction during shoots.
- Edit and enhance video content for digital use, ensuring platform-appropriate formatting.
- Publish content and manage quality assurance across digital channels.
Quality Control & Optimization
- Conduct thorough quality checks before content goes live.
- Ensure brand consistency, content accuracy, and timely publishing.
- Analyze performance data regularly and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on content performance and evolving client needs.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly reports on content performance (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth).
- Monitor competitors and collect community management data (e.g., comments, reviews).
- Present actionable insights and improvement plans to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate in internal review meetings to align on strategic content improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Creative Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a content strategy or video creation role, ideally within a digital agency.
- Proven experience managing client social media content calendars and BAU deliverables.
Preferred Skills
- Strong grasp of digital content formats and social media platform behavior.
- Experience planning and executing video content for social media.
- Hands-on editing and video production skills (camera handling, editing software, retouching).

Role Description
At Respond.io , the UX Content Strategist (UXCS) plays a critical role in shaping how users understand and experience our product. This role goes beyond writing—it’s about strategizing, planning, and delivering content that makes complex ideas simple and drives successful product adoption.
You will own user-facing content across microcopy, Knowledge Base (KB), and Go-to-Market (GTM) messaging, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the user journey. This requires a mix of UX writing skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with designers, PMs, and engineers.
The ideal candidate loves translating technical details into clear, actionable content and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & UX Writing
- Define and maintain content strategy across product touchpoints, Knowledge Base, and GTM campaigns.
- Write clear, concise microcopy for UI elements like buttons, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows.
- Work closely with PMs and Designers early in the design process to influence UX decisions through content.
Knowledge Base Ownership
- Develop and maintain high-quality KB articles and self-service resources.
- Organize and tag KB content for easy navigation and localization readiness.
- Update content promptly after feature releases, incorporating feedback from support and customer teams.
Go-to-Market Communication
- Lead GTM messaging for feature launches, aligning communication across KB, in-app banners (Pendo), emails, and changelog.
- Draft GTM plans and coordinate with stakeholders to meet launch timelines.
Technical Depth & Collaboration
- Interview internal teams and gather product insights to accurately represent technical workflows.
- Convert complex technical concepts into content that works for both technical and non-technical users.
- Collaborate with creatives (designers, video editors) to enhance the impact of your content.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in UX writing, content design, or content strategy roles (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Proven experience collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers , and Customer teams.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, content accessibility, and information hierarchy.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma , and localization platforms (e.g., Crowdin, Lokalise).
- Comfortable creating structured content for KB and UI flows.
- Knowledge of GTM processes and in-app messaging tools (e.g., Pendo ).
- Strategic thinker with a passion for user-centered design.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Curious, collaborative, and proactive in driving content improvements.
