Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Advertising Specialist located in Penang, Malaysia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and optimizing digital ad campaigns for better performance. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing content, conducting market research, keyword research and trends, conversion optimization, liaising with clients, analysing and generating detailed report on the marketing campaigns.
QualificationsRequired Experience & Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or advertising role.
- Ad Campaign Management: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data, interpret metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and generate insightful reports using tools like Google Analytics.
- Research Abilities: Proficient in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to inform marketing strategies.

- Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

SUMMARY:
The Senior Account Executive provides day-to-day support/services to assigned clients.
The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The
Senior Account Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and
strategic aspects of the account.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountability for the day-to-day execution and financial management of assigned
