Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Proven experience of 10+ years in site management (ideally with both construction and commissioning lead positions), including at least one or two large projects (USD 400M+ in value) as the overall site manager.

  • Strong technical experience and background in heavy machinery or thermal equipment is a must.

  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience as an expatriate, managing operational activities within multi-discipline and multicultural teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical and organizational issues.

  • Proven ability to develop construction and commissioning strategies for complex thermal, industrial, or petrochemical projects.

Detailed Description
  • 3D passive channel modeling, perform extraction by using electromagnetic tools.
  • Perform signal integrity pre-layout and post-layout analysis in R&D phase.
  • Perform static timing and signal integrity analysis of parallel (common clock, source- synchronous) interfaces.
  • Design and analysis of multi-gigabit serial links, including lab verification and tuning.
  • Perform power integrity analysis on power delivery network.
  • Generate and verify PCB layout rules, manage constraints for PCB layout.
  • Work directly with ASIC and PCB design teams to evaluate design tradeoffs and optimize design performance / risk / cost / manufacturability.
  • Cooperate with R&D team and signal test engineers on debugging, failure analysis and fixing issues discovered during test.
  • Familiar with SAS, PCIe, DDR4/5, 25G/56G Ethernet specification is a plus.
  • Experience with at least one PCB post-route SI tool: Cadence SPECCTRAQuest, Mentor ICX, SiSoft SI-Auditor (preferred), Sigrity Power SI.
  • Experience with Synopsys HSPICE and/or Keysight ADS for both time and frequency domain circuit simulation.
  • Experience with at least one 3-D field solver (CST Microwave Studio, ANSYS HFSS).
  • Experience with TDR and VNA measurements.
  • Proficiency in Electromagnetic, Transmission-line & S-parameters theory and modeling.
  • Good understanding on power distribution, DDR and SerDes design.
  • BSEE or related field with 6 years of applicable work experience or MSEE or related field with 4 years of experience.
  • Experience of script languages like VB, Perl or Python.
  • Use of mathematic tools like Matlab.
  • Strong written and oral communication in English with customer service skills

Overview

The Finance Analyst role is primarily to assist the existing Business Process Lead to ensure timely closure of month end accounting books (both under US GAAP and Local GAAP) for the entire Group and produce financial reports and reconciliations which are complete, accurate and authorized within pre-set boundaries as outlined by standard operating and control procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor manual journal vouchers in accordance with internal manual journal policy including adherence to internal journal approval matrix and use of correct journal categories, including intercompany journal vouchers;
  • Ensure compliance to Group Accounting Finance Manual (“AFM”) in the use of Chart of Accounts (“COA”), particularly in manual journal vouchers;
  • Ensure completeness in manual journals posting every month;
  • Ensure complete and proper elimination of intercompany transactions, including resolution of intercompany elimination delta on a monthly basis;
  • Review Trial balance mapping files from non-integrated entities within the group, prepare manual journals and perform reconciliation between local trial balance, Oracle trial balance and Hyperion data on a monthly basis;
  • Ensure recons are complete, accurate and valid and follow-up procedures are established for long, outstanding items;
  • Prepare and publish monthly reports for the Group including Incorta data;
  • Troubleshoot Oracle system issues with IT department with ability to challenge solutions and practices;
  • Ensure proper document retention that satisfies both legal and SOX requirements;
  • Co-ordinate and support quarterly and yearly audit review by external auditors as well as internal audit and SOX;
  • Provide support for other business functions, mainly within Finance, for any request for information or analysis;
  • Provide required GL inputs on procedures/processes and Oracle Setup in relation to Projects involvement, including proper documentation of any new setups and any user acceptance testing;
  • Assist in all General Ledger projects.

This role will report into the General Ledger Business Process Lead working out from the Broadcom Singapore office, and is expected to assist the Business Process Lead from time to time in ad hoc requests relevant to the role.
