- Consistently achieves or exceeds the monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plan.
- Elevates in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every customer.
- Completes operational tasks as required to maintain the store and merchandise in optimum condition.
- Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience with jewelry, watches, or high-end luxury goods.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in a commission-based sales environment; proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Proven understanding of the retail sales process and knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
- Possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
- Must be able to stand for a long period of time during business hours.
- Able to perform in fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to perform basic financial calculations.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
