Your key responsibilities:- Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted in a timely and quality manner.
- Conduct analysis on financial data for periodic internal and external reporting.
- Advise on matters related to Malaysia withholding tax, service tax, related party transactions, and transfer pricing issues.
- Evaluate the organisation's current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Share knowledge on tax/work improvement in the company quarterly.
- Work closely with finance, HR, and operations teams to embed tax compliance into daily business processes.
- Manage relationships with external tax consultants to ensure satisfactory service; support ad-hoc projects.
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in taxation.
- Excellent knowledge of Malaysia Tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills. Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
- Experience managing desk and field tax audits with tax authorities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.

- Assist in early evaluations of manufacturing technology suppliers in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region to enhance B. Braun’s manufacturing capabilities, especially in innovative automation technologies. For senior positions, provide training concepts and execution recommendations for technically skilled workers, to be implemented by a technical training center.
- At least 10 years of experience in medical device engineering projects and machine development and innovation. Must have good experience in maintenance or equipment with SAP backgorund.
- Experience implementing process improvements, automation technologies, and knowledge in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing. Proven success in creating, developing, and launching innovations in the market.
- Responsible for developing User’s Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Specifications (FS). Project management experience in supporting timely delivery of projects within agreed budgets. Ability to create/manage a vision, think strategically, plan and organize, innovate, analyze complex data, and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent research efforts to collect, analyze, and present findings for decision-making. Experience working in a highly regulated environment is required. Strong discovery skills, particularly in questioning, observing, and experimenting.

We are looking for Tax Managers to join our growing Tax team.
As we win new clients and promote within, we are looking for an ambitious Tax Managers to deliver personalised attention and quality service to our clients.
About the role:

By joining our Tax department, you will work closely with our leadership team, and fellow tax professionals providing our clients with the skills, information and knowledge to take on some of the biggest challenges in taxation . This opportunity will allow you to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations as a strategic consultant related to local and global tax solutions. The role includes but not limited to the following responsibilities:
· Efficiently handle tax engagements such as planning, performing and reviewing straightforward tax compliance work.
· Prepare/review/manage all aspects of client’s annual tax filing information, including Form 1120PC, 1120L, 5471, 8858, and other domestic and foreign reporting such as Bermuda corporate income tax whilst ensuring accuracy and timely preparation to meet deadlines, ensuring the file is completed to a high standard before submission for review, clearly highlighting any issues and endeavours to exceed client expectations. Tax accounting review and completing reporting requirement under ASC 740 to ensure accurate, timely and complete filing of CIMA reporting
· Direct interaction with the client and their administrators to prepare/review annual filings and provide other ad-hoc services.
· Resolve queries on tax issues from clients or the tax authority and assists in tax dispute resolution.
· Works closely with the tax senior associates and tax associates on tax deliverables and ensure the timely completion of work and nurtures on-going relationships with clients.
· Draft responses for clients with more complex tax filings.
· Be involved in preparing tax returns, data collation and analysis, managing all tax compliance work and monitoring tax payment and refunds.
· Review tax risk profile of the client or organisation and make recommendations.
· Prepare complex tax computations and tax returns accurately.
· Constantly develop your understanding of current tax developments and industry trends.
· Collaborate with a tight knit team of highly qualified tax professionals.
· Other duties may be assigned as required by business needs.

About you:
We are looking for Tax managers with a minimum 5 years relevant United States federal insurance tax experience to join our fast-growing team, in addition to this the candidate must possess the following:
· A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics is required.
· Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar, Master of Taxation or active pursuit of the aforementioned is preferred.
· Progressive Tax Compliance and/or Tax Consulting experience required.
· Must be currently employed as Tax manager/Senior Tax manager.
· Experience in Public Accounting a plus.
· Possessing an accreditation from the Chartered Tax Professionals a plus.
· Other languages would be advantageous but not required.
