As a Assistant Manager/ Manager - Strategic Buyer , you will play a vital role in:
Your key responsibilities include:
- Performance Management: Ensure achievement of objectives and KPIs, including savings targets; report on sourcing activities.
- Plan-to-Strategy: Support category strategy development, provide local requirements, participate in working groups, and support implementation.
- Source-to-Contract: Clarify sourcing requests, define strategies, manage RFX processes, supplier selection, contract creation, and monitor contract usage.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier registration, evaluate performance, create development plans, and conduct disqualification if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience as Strategic Buyer in CAPEX and MRO categories .
- Strong negotiation and procurement skills with a proven track record.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the definition of dedicated supplier development projects and their timely and task-oriented execution Provide leadership (direct reports) to a supplier development engineer.
- Develop strategy roadmaps for supplier development in accordance with the respective valid operating instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Responsible for aligning the technical supplier requirements with global procurement guidelines Development of supplier relationship trainings.
- Work closely with the R&D team to understand technical requirements of future products and include them into the systematic scouting for new technology suppliers. - Review of business processes regarding opportunities for more efficiency and optimization, with the goal of improving cost-effectiveness and RooA.
- At least 8 years of experience in medical device engineering projects and machine development and innovation. At least 3 years of leadership experience and able to motivate, coach, and develop employees, and collaborate with functional leaders and teams. Its will be plus if experience in implementing process improvements, automation technologies, knowledge in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing.
- Project management experience in working and supporting timely delivery of projects within agreed budgets. Ability to create/manage a vision and think strategically, plan and organize, innovate, analyze complex data. Experience in managing multiple concurrent research efforts to collect, analyze and present findings to inform decision making. Experience working in a highly regulated environment is required. Experiences success in creating, developing, and launching innovation in the market.
- A proven passion for science and engineering as a business with interest and understanding of the business side of innovation. Strong discovery skills, particularly questioning, observing, and experimenting. Responsibilities- Lead your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring excellent operational and visual standards, while actively promoting and selling our products.
- Take responsibility for your store and department’s strengths, analyse sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels.
- Manage team planning, scheduling, and ensure seamless opening and closing routines.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that promotes growth and innovation.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

As part of the dynamic Store Team, every role—from Sales Advisors, and Department Managers to Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers—contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming environment. You’ll also connect with the wider Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive success together.
