Job Description

• To manage rolling forecast and perform demand planning with reference to historical and projected sales data.
• Collaborate with business and principal through S&OP to gather insights and inputs that impacted demand forecast.
• To execute day to day purchasing processes including reviewing purchase requests, issuing purchase orders, overseeing the order fulfillment cycle, and keeping track of open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• To liaise and work with the forwarder/courier service providers and monitor the incoming shipments diligently.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels efficiently to minimize inward logistic costs and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
• To perform vendor performance assessment annually to ensure continuous engagement and improvement of product quality and service level.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the procurement processes.
• To ensure continual compliance with ISO & GDPMD requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of working experience.
• Knowledge in demand forecasting.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, and GDPMD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & SAP B1.
• Good command of English.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree, preferably in Business related field
• 5+ years of professional experience, 2+ years of which in Procurement
• International experience from a multinational company
• Advanced MS office skills

Procurement Category Manager – Supply Chain & Manufacturing Procurement Category Manager – Supply Chain & Manufacturing

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Procurement Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing and category management across multiple Southeast Asian markets. This role will focus on key categories including freight, warehousing, pallets, manufacturing services, operational services, and related supply chain spend areas.

You will be responsible for developing and executing regional category strategies, driving supplier negotiations, managing high-value contracts, and identifying cost optimization and value creation opportunities while ensuring service excellence. Collaborating closely with local market teams, as well as regional and global stakeholders, you will ensure seamless implementation of sourcing strategies, compliance with procurement policies, and continuous improvement of supplier performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and manufacturing procurement, experience managing complex, multi-country supply bases, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualification Criteria

• University degree in Business or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Minimum 7 years’ professional experience, including 4+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Services Procurement
• Experience in a multinational company (international exposure required)
• Strong organizational, project management, and financial analysis skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with procurement platforms

Procurement Category Manager – Supply Chain & Manufacturing

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Procurement Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing and category management across multiple Southeast Asian markets. This role will focus on key categories including freight, warehousing, pallets, manufacturing services, operational services, and related supply chain spend areas. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional category strategies, driving supplier negotiations, managing high-value contracts, and identifying cost optimization and value creation opportunities while ensuring service excellence. Collaborating closely with local market teams, as well as regional and global stakeholders, you will ensure seamless implementation of sourcing strategies, compliance with procurement policies, and continuous improvement of supplier performance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and manufacturing procurement, experience managing complex, multi-country supply bases, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Implement Procurement purpose, vision, strategies, and governance Lead category team (where applicable) to define and execute functional goals Promote a “one team” spirit and share best practices across the organization Ensure adherence to governance, policies, processes, and legal requirements Safeguard company assets by implementing strong internal controls Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships (performance, quality assurance, innovation) Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category plans to achieve objectives and KPIs Manage risks including price volatility, supplier stability, and service availability Strengthen stakeholder engagement across all Procurement activities Champion sustainability, CSR, and innovation initiatives within procurement Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement Qualification Criteria University degree in Business or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Proficiency in English Minimum 7 years’ professional experience, including 4+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Services Procurement Experience in a multinational company (international exposure required) Strong organizational, project management, and financial analysis skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office Experience with procurement platforms Seniority level
