POSSESS FORKLIFT LICENSE PREFERENCE.

• ABLE TO PERFORM PHYSICAL, HANDS-ON WAREHOUSE HAND TASKS AS ASSIGNED.

• BILINGUAL SPEAKING (FOR COMMUNICATION WITH COLLEAGUES)

•ASSIST IN HANDLING INDOOR PACKING ACTIVITIES.

• PICK UP GOODS & PLACE THEM IN DESIGNATED LOCATIONS TO BE READY FOR COLLECTION OR DAILY DELIVERIES.

• ENSURE PACKING LISTS (OR PICKLISTS) ARE PROCESSED 100% ACCURATELY AND ON TIME FOR COLLECTION OR DELIVERY.

• ASSIST DELIVERY DRIVER TO CHECK & LOAD GOODS UNTO VAN OR TRUCK.

• STACKING INCOMING GOODS ONTO PALLETS AND TRANSPORTING THEM TO THE DESIGNATED SHELF LOCATION.

• REPACKING OF BLISTER PACKS, BUNDLE ND ETC.

• OTHER DUTIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE SUPERIOR.

• Able to work independently

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming chemical materials, machinery, and parts shipments.
• Organize and maintain an orderly inventory system for chemicals, machinery, and parts.
• Regularly perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Replenish inventory as needed and update records accordingly.

EHS Compliance:

• Ensure strict adherence to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and protocols in daily warehouse operations.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents related to chemicals or machinery promptly and assist in corrective actions.
• Participate in EHS training and actively contribute to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Safe Handling of Chemicals:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for handling, storing, and transporting chemicals.
• Ensure the proper labelling, segregation, and storage of chemical materials.

Machinery and Parts Management:

• Receive, label, and store machinery and parts in designated areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery and parts are in good condition.
• Coordinate with maintenance or repair teams for any necessary machinery or parts replacements.
• Assist in picking, packing, and preparing outgoing orders for chemicals, machinery, and parts.
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of inventory to the relevant departments.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including quantities, location, and movement of chemicals, machinery, and parts.
• Generate reports as needed for inventory levels, usage, and restocking requirements.
• Utilize your experience and skills to safely operate Material Handling Equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed within the warehouse.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any issues with MHE to the maintenance department.
• Ensure MHE is properly always charged and ready for use.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management, especially in chemical, machine, and parts inventory.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and storage practices.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining digital inventory records.
• EHS training or certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in MHE such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to chemicals and machinery.
• Contract duration: 1 year (view to extension and absorption into permanent subject to approval).

Job Description:

• Perform daily warehouse duties either at inbound (receiving, sorting, put-away) or outbound (pick/pack/release).
• Pick, pack, stock, organize and rearrange products within warehouse.
• Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.
• Monitor and manage inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Check on the quality and quantity of items during receiving and releasing.
• Perform general housekeeping of warehouse.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned based on warehouse needs and operational requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Relevant working experience in a warehouse/logistics management.
• Candidates with competency and sufficient experience in operating a reach truck will be preferred.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Possession of a valid forklift licence will be an advantage.
• Physically fit to handle lifting and carrying loads up to 20-25kg.
• Able to work on minimum supervision.

Working Location : Penjuru Lane

Working Hours : 5.5days, 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon to Fri) and 8.30am-12.30pm (Sat)

• Execute accurate receiving, packing, handling, and storage of materials.
• Ensure goods are handled with care and in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain and update records of all warehouse activities and inventory movements.
• Ensure proper labelling, sorting, and storage of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Assist in inventory counts and cycle checks as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment (if certified) in a safe and effective manner.
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries and shipments.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or management.

To oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.

Execute and perform according to company set KPI.

Coordinate with a team of warehouse staff to support daily operation activities, ensuring effective distribution and inventory system.

Assist in verifying, checking and segregation of goods upon receiving based on Delivery Order.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Possession of a valid B2, GDL.

Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel.

Minimum Diploma holder.

Fluent in Malay and basic proficiency in English.

• Inventory Management
• Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock and deliveries.
