**Job Description**
**Warehouse**
+ Primary responsibility is, to check the physical goods received match the DO from supplier and Finished Goods from In house productions.
+ Responsibility to performed Goods Receipt for Productions and vendor 3rd party (MIGO_GR)
+ Responsibility to stored goods in accurate arrangement and save conditions. Goods must be stored at specified storages area according to temperature required.
+ More responsibility to manage Finished Goods Products (FIN), pick and pack activities and to ensure accurate item being packed, with the right quantity, lot number, expiry date for delivery
+ To ensure timely completion of pick and pack to meet cut off time for delivery.
**Receiving**
+ Primary responsibility is, to check the physical goods received match the DO from supplier and Finished Goods from In house productions.
+ To follow as per Warehouse SOP.
+ Data entry of stock receiving (productions).
+ Responsibility to performed Goods Receipt for Productions (MIGO_GR)
+ Oxoid & Remel products (RAWM/FIN)
+ PPM Finished goods products (FIN)
**Packing materials**
+ To immediately informed Logistics Supervisor on any discrepancies of stock received.
+ Received and put away stock record/stock received into item location.
**Stock Management**
+ Preparing Finished Goods (FIN) short expiry report ZMIR0024 (Weekly basis)
+ Participate in Cycle Count Weekly and Annual Stock Count yearly.
+ Investigate inventory movement history for discrepancy to be reconciled.
+ To ensure physical inventory is tally with book qty.
+ To have in place an accurate reflection of the Inventory status where physical and system must be tally/accuracy by implementing Monthly
+ Cycle Counts / Stock Count Activities.
+ Responsible for stock accuracy between system and physical stocks, and to conduct investigations to resolve discrepancies.
**Storages**
+ After received, goods to be stored at specified storages area according to temperature required location at warehouse.
+ Cold Room (2°c To 8°c)
+ Room Temperature (25°c)
+ Responsibility to stored goods in accurate arrangement and save conditions.
+ Raw Materials (RAWM)
+ PPM Finished Goods Products (FIN).
+ Packing materials
+ To keep Storages area clean and tidy at all times.
**Deliveries (Pick and Pack)**
+ Product
+ PPM Finished Goods (FIN)
+ DCM & Supplements (FIN)
**Requirements**
+ Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or diploma.
+ Minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing environment
+ Ability to deal effectively with customers
+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Min 5 years related working experience in a manufacturing industry or 3rd party logistic and warehouse environment.
- Min 2 years of people management/leadership experience
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations and knowledge of warehouse process flow.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills.

**Logistics & Warehouse Oversight:**
+ Manage and monitor the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers for transportation, receiving, and warehousing activities.
+ Ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments of aircraft components and materials in support of production and customer delivery schedules.
+ Supervise warehouse layout optimization, inventory accuracy, and adherence to proper storage procedures, including segregation of bonded and non-bonded materials.

+ Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce logistics-related risks.
+ Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions for any non-conformances in logistics or customs processes.
+ Assist in regulatory and customer audits related to receiving processes and material traceability.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, including vendor management and customs processes.
+ Solid knowledge of Malaysian Customs regulations, bonded warehouse requirements, and international trade compliance.
+ Hands-on experience in managing or working with 3PL vendors in a manufacturing or MRO environment.
+ Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and strong proficiency in MS Office.
+ Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
