Job Description

  • Perform picking of orders using RF device
  • Perform packing and processing of picked orders
  • Perform quality check on picked orders through system
  • Check and inbound stocks based on SKU, quantity, batch#, expiry date and etc
  • Plan and put away stocks to locations by (Bin/ Pallet)
  • Ensure warehouse productivity and output are met based on key metrics measured
  • Conduct regularly cycle count and stocks check
  • Handle scanning of outbound parcels for dispatching purpose to 3PL
  • Ensure inventory and stocks and handle prudently and on a timely manner
  • Packaging material control and weekly counting
  • Perform warehouse housekeeping task regularly
  • Need to perform overtime during peak season and campaign period as per assigned
  • Other operational related tasks as per assigned by Supervisor

Qualification:

  • Diploma, certifications or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • With a minimum of 2 years of working experience in ground operations
  • Experience with the use of warehouse system ERP/WMS and RF scanner
  • Working experience in e-commerce, manufacturing or retail business are added advantages
  • Strong communications skills in English is must

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Packing
  • Accurately count & check products based on packing slips.
  • Pack items according to product type and shipping method (e.g., fragile, perishable, bulk).
  • Ensure proper use of packing materials (bubble wrap, foam, boxes, etc.) to prevent damage.
  • Label package clearly with shipping information, product codess and barcodes.
  • Palletizing
  • Stack packed boxes or goods securely on pallets based on size, weight and stability.
  • Wrap palletized goods with shrink wrap or stretch film to prevent shifiting during transport.
  • Label each pallet with shipment details, including destination, content list and weight.
  • Follow proper pallet configuration to optimize space and safety in transport or storage.
  • Use pallet jacks or fokrlifts (if certified) to move pallets to the staging or shipping area.
  • Shipping Preparation
  • Verify shipment contents against orders or invoices.
  • Weigh and measure packages to confirm they meet carrier requirements.
  • Generate shipping labels and documents using systems like FedEx, DHL, UPS or internal shipping software.
  • Attach bills of lading or customs documentation (for international shipments).
  • Loading and Dispatch
  • Sort packages by destination or courier.
  • Move packed goods to the designated shipping area.
  • Load shipments onto trucks or delivery vehicles using pallet jacks or forklifts, if required.
  • Coordinate with the logistics or dispatch team to ensure timely pickups.
  • Quality Control
  • Double check order accuracy before sealing packages.
  • Identify and report damaged goods or packing errors.
  • Ensure packing & palletize follow the company SOP.
  • Inventory and Stock Handling
  • Monitor inventory while packing to report low stock or shortages.
  • Return over picked or unused items to their proper storage location.
  • Record packing activity and material usage.
  • Safety & Housekeeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
  • Follow all safety procedure related to lifting, handling materials and equipment use.
  • Dispose of packaging aste responsibly (cardboard, plastics, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent with certificate or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with valid licenses or certification to operate warehouse equipment (e.g. Forklift) are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping are preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools such as WMS, barcode scanners, etc.
  • Comfortable using computer for basic tasks and data entry.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as: Pallet jacks, Forklifts. Stretch wrapping machines
  • Understanding of safety procedures and manual handling techniques.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.

    • Work closely with Purchasing, Finance, and Department Heads to ensure timely supply support for all departments.
    • Conduct regular stock takes, prepare monthly reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse/store team members.

    Requirements
    • Knowledge of pre-opening procedures, stock control, and logistics planning is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with hotel inventory systems (MC, BirchStreet, Adaco, or ERP/WMS).
    • Good organizational and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
    • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

    We are looking for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER to work in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia for 2 years contract on a Biofuel project.

    Responsibilities

    • To oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse / material for the project.
    • To manage inventory control, logistics and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of material for the project.
    • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records
    • Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules
    • Resolve transportation and distribution issues promptly
    • Conduct regular safety check.

    Requirements

    • Min. 12 years experience in warehouse management
    • Must have experience in refinery construction project ideally greenfield project.
    • Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics
    • Problem solver and ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Successful candidate is expected to communicate effectively and to liaise both in writing and speaking to Chinese clients/contractors who uses Mandarin as their main language for business level communication
    • Able to start work within short notice preferred.

    Job Description

    • Liable for the overall warehouse, 3PL and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing/inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and distribution of raw material, components, supplies, and finished goods inventory.
    • Manages daily site logistics operations, processes, workflows, and escalation through proactive reporting and compliancy to governmental classification & regulatory licensing requirements.
    • Accountable to monitor and approve site logistics spend involving freight payment.
    • Plan and organize daily or near-term workload to maximize productivity and on time delivery target while supporting the broader organization.
    • Collaborates and coordinates with inter-departmental to meet or exceed all KPIs, goals, and objectives.
    • Site focal point on escalations involving transportation, warehousing, brokerage operations, and packaging, and crating issue resolution.
    • You are responsible to ensure a safe working environment by keeping track of work areas, equipment and tools such as PPE are correctly used.
    • Oversee direct reports career growth and development by leading, developing and mentoring, as a contribution to support the development of a strong leadership team and warehouse operation.
    • Effective communication with all levels of leadership; internally and externally (customer & vendors).
    • interaction with key stakeholders including production, planning, order fulfilment, materials management, and other supply chain teams.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy with appropriate materials transactions and effective communication schedules release data or all other logistics/materials requirement information to buyers, planners, manufacturing, and relevant teams.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated leading experience of a warehouse that includes successfully driving a site warehouse’s physical inventory, cycle counts and companywide stock take.
    • Experience in leading warehouse in supporting production e.g. like receiving, kitting, outgoing and material handling.
    • Experience in leading operational teams involved receiving, warehousing/inventory management, and distribution of materials, supplies, components, equipment, and finished goods.
    • Understand warehouse and material handling operational discipline principles and techniques involving warehouse layout, picking, inventory counting, variance resolution and discrepant receipt management.
    • Strong leadership and people management.
    • Knowledge in WMS, ERP, SAP and Microsoft office (especially excel).
    • Ability to manage individual contributors (internal and external) performing site logistics operations.
    • Fluent in English language and primary local language (written and verbal).
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
